I visited Dubai and stayed in Dera many years ago. Dera is Clean and very lively place where you can enjoy delicious meal in different Pakistani Restaurants and also you can get budget hotels for accommodation. The situation which you are showing is after heavy rain in Dubai. Hopefully this area will be cleaned very soon.
