I remember once was I riding my bike with my friend. I didn’t realise that she had gone home already, I was at the end of the street when I looked back to see where she was. When I did, I slipped over and got my leg got stuck in the wheel, it seriously hurt. I was crying my eye out, I couldn’t get it unstuck, and yet nobody help me. That was until a car pulled over to the side of the street. I got a bit scared, but he came out of the car, and helped me get my leg out. He then brushed me off and went back to his car and drove off as if nothing had happened. I thanked him in my mind, I hope he had a good future. He was the only person who had helped me when I needed it the most. ❤️

When my sister and I went home from school once, there was a boy cycling past alone and somehow the front weel just came loose. He faceplanted really hard. It looked really bad. We went to help, but didn't really know what to do. He looked fine, but he also seemed dazed. There was a car who stopped and told us to get him to the hospital which was close by and then just drove on. So we fixed his bike and the wheel at a lamp post and walked him over. I remember I was really mad then, because there was an adult, who even stopped to look what's up, but then didn't help and decided to just leave two teenagers to deal with it.

The cross country runner at 7:06, Holland Reynolds, who crawled across the finish line wanted to finish not only because it was her coach's last season. Her coach, Jim Tracy, well-known and well-respected in California running circles, had ALS (or "Lou Gehrig's Disease"), which is essentially incurable. He and the team knew that this would be his last season because he would die relatively soon; he did, about three years later. By crawling across the line, she secured the state title for her team and her terminally-ill coach. Sport is a metaphor for life, and sometimes the stakes are bigger than just winning a game or match.

My older sister played softball as a short stop. She caught a ground ball, threw to first and it hit the batter in the jaw. The crack was loud. My sister ran over to check on her and held ice on her face and helped get her to the dugout. Being a good sport, win or lose is what everyone should aspire to be. Games are just that in the end. Everyone works hard and wants to win but compassion for other teams getting injured should always be more important than winning.

I play volleyball and last year we had a really close match with another team and it was quite important for us to win but in the end we lost. I was blaming myself and cried after the match was finished. Then the girl from the other team who plays on the same position as me, hugged me, and told me that i played great and it was really close, and cant wait to play with our team again. It melted my heart, and made me incredibly happy. Some kind words, but whenever im hopeless or sad on training or matches i always think about it.

I am glad they stopped for her and did that but they didn't have too. I wouldn't have looked down on the non-Muslim woman if they had not, there was a game to play. The muslim woman in question was wearing a hijab you would wear on the street, that was not designed for sports. She could have cost her team the game. I looked it up and there are hijabs specifically for sports, Nike has a whole line. Athletes don't wear standard shoes, or undergarments when playing sports, a muslim woman should not wear an normal hijab. It was her, and her teams responsibility to make sure she was properly equipped. I hope in the future they get the correct hijab for the job.

I’m not a huge fan of narrated list style videos, but this guy’s good at what he does. No annoying rambling to fill for time, no cringe transitions that ruin the flow. He gives context to the clip, explains it well, and lets the clip play itself. Good work!
