Nice ceiling fan. But the downrod length should be based upon how high the ceiling is. It looks short.

@buzz_chill 😂not ceiling height, but “personal” preference- considering he retrofitted the entire condo unit to be bespoke 😂😅

Very nice unit! I'm now binge watching your channel to learn more about uptown. Can you still buy new from that developer (Megaworld?) that's ready for occupancy in the near term rather than wait years before you can move in? Also, are they pet friendly? TIA!

@bgcdreams 😢😢😢 sad to say BGC is a bubble, the pervasive squalor and slums are depressingly present; my brief visit to BGC cemented this reality, contrary to the smoke & mirrors of the glamour that your vlog show BGC to be. My husband & I were enticed to visit after watching your vlogs- but NAIA itself typifies the disappointing reality of the lack of development there, even after three decades away from it. Depressingly disappointing- not much have sustainably improved. PH poverty index is one of the highest compared to its SE Asian neighbors 😢😢

You've been away for 3 decades, and you jump into conclusion that the country hasn't changed since you left. How wrong you are. Yes, the slums you see is a constant and needs some work. Part of the reason are the people coming from outside the metropolitan Manila trying to eke out a living but not enough success that they end up in those slums that you found them to be an eyesore. Picky much aren't you? Having the opportunity to live and work abroad must have spoiled your taste in lifestyle that you are probably embarrassed to even claim you came from "that slum-filled country.". Google is your friend if you really want to know the Philippines. Or cover your eyes whenever you pass by those ugly sights and not depress yourself.
