It's important to point out that some of Nolensville sits in Williamson County and some in Davidson County. This has a major impact on the quality of schools as well as property taxes. It's a nice place, safe, and good for families (better if you live in Williamson County).

Can you elaborate on the school situation? Specifically k-8 if possible..
Tiny overwhelmed Main Street through town w/o a center turn lane.. As in most areas around Nashville, retail and homes are added w/o any additional road capacity or infrastructure in place. Same capacity as 1967 with thousands of new residents.

I enjoyed how you explained Nolensville to me. I lived in Nashville during my college years and intend to move back soon. I saw a rental in Nolensville so I looked on TH-cam for a video on the area and came across you. Very comprehensive video and the area is attractive. About the same distance Germantown or Collierville is from Memphis.

Compared to the National average, Nolensville is well below the National average crime rate in all categories. On top of that, Nolensville has been consistently ranked #1 in Best Places to Live in Tennessee time and time again
