What a great story and journey , so encouraging. You're obviously extremely talented Lee. I've listened to all your vids and what's clear is that your discipline and mental toughness has contributed to much of your success. Lots of talented athletes out there but without those two traits you're going nowhere. Congrats on the 10k subscribers. 👏
That is one magnificent achievement. Running uphill for that amount of time. It's quite crazy. I mean it in a good way. Walking up the stairs at work is hard enough for me .-)
2:39:04 in the bag at Málaga in December, would you say sub 2:35 is being conservative or aggressive for London in April? I have 10km, half marathon and a 20 mile in the build up but feeling so good at the moment dropping about 10-15 seconds a mile quicker on an easy run compared to the start of the last block.
@leegrantham I started in 2015, but I guess I've taken it more seriously in the last 4 years and really have been very consistent for 12 months, sub 3 was the initial goal, my mind couldn't see beyond 2:40 then, now I can see 2:30 but I believe that's probably next year.

Love the inspirational story.
Massively good video, thanks for sharing. The "vintage" photos are epic
Incredible how few photos I have from these earlier races. Thanks, Patrick!

How long have you been running, Paul?
