I already respected murata for drawing one punch man with so much detail but seeing someone draw something of this magnitude really puts it into perspective.
Same goes for paintings, movies, albums, videogames.. that's why it's great to watch "making of"s from time to time, to gain a better appreciation of the art we consume so hastily :D
I felt an ache in my wrist watching all those buildings and ink being made. And bro the windows in those tiny patches between the monster, making sure you get them straight. Wonderful artwork I’m happy this got recommended to me.
This kinda gives you the realization that Murata has to draw dozens of these amazing pages, the amount of work that is put into OPM manga is outstanding.
It’s crazy how Murata puts so much time and effort and skill and precision and dedication to these badass world-destroying monsters Just for them to get one shotted by a caped baldy lmao.
This is just one page, imagine a whole manga then comes the anime which is drawn frame by frame. Also when writing a manga the stories are also incredible with suspence, action, drama, comedy, horror, life lessons, philosphies, idealogies, life, friendship etc. The manga writers, a salute to them, they are the example of real genius next to scientists
@@DanteCrowlley murata has about 4-5 assistants but yes compared to other mangakas, releasing a chapter with quality this good monthly is just overkill but we're used to it + sometimes the chapters are really long
think of it like this maybe today your bad at drawing but tomorrow you will be better than the people that starts today and next week you will be much better than people that starts drawing next week only because you started early and keep on practicing now you need dicipline if you draw for a year straight i can bet you will feel like you have accomplished a lot set yourself small goals at first dont aim for something huge just yet first learn to draw geometric forms next add some shadow next descontruct structures like the body into geometric shapes and add shadows to it next do the same but making it more complex and soo on the grind is what makes you reach levels like this and it applies to everything. dont be discured im sure you will be a top tier artist if you believe in yourself and dont quit

It takes a lot of time just one page of pictures. Animation is to splice many frames and many pictures. You can imagine how difficult it is. No job is easy, but love can give them motivation. Respect.
