Making Nama Chocolate Has Never Been Easier. It needs nothing fancy. No mould. Tastes MIND BLOWING.
All you need is 4 Ingredients -
Dark Chocolate , Fresh Cream , Butter & Cocoa Powder
Sugar and Coffee Powder are optional
Ingredients-
200g dark chocolate
40g sugar
150g Amul whipping cream or fresh cream
50 g butter, cubed
1/2 tsp instant coffee
Cocoa powder, for garnish
Vishesh Tippani-
Use chocolate, not compound
While Caramelising the sugar, ensure to keep the flame low at all times
Ensure to use only dairy based cream
Keep the chocolate refrigerated at all times

@@nehadeepakshah Mam, I tried it. Somehow after pouring the mixture to the chocolate and stirring, the chocolate melted with the butter but texture was not smooth like yours. It was very crumbly. Not sure what went wrong I even measured every ingredient.
May be chocolate quality matters? I used Amul dark chocolate.
Any suggestions mam?
@@ritvikm777 Sounds like the fat separated from the chocolate because of high heat, which can't be repaired unfortunately. Try again but let the cream cool down slightly this time

Compound is better as a shell for a filled chocolate. Ganaches are basically chocolate and cream, so the flavour comes only from the chocolate. The better the quality of the chocolate you use, the better the end result.

Yes you can.. Just put an Acetate paper around and then pour. Leave in the fridge to set

Hi. Thank u so much for this super yummy recipe. I have 1 small doubt. Once u pour the fresh cream caramel liquid in the chocolate and if few lumps are left, can we microwave for few secs till you get the creamy soft silky chocolate ready?
You can microwave it.. Basically everything should be melted and uniform

I tried making this chocolate and I have few questions
1. Keeping caramel on pan made it thick, hard did I cook for long(it was smooth till I tuned off flame
2. After adding cream n caramel sauce to Lindt chocolate n butter it made it thick like brownie texture not smooth silky like you had

Hi Neha.. thank you for this recipe .. tried it .. couldn’t find Lindt so tried with amul dark chocolate and amul fresh cream instead of amul whipping cream. Followed all the exact quantities. However, the cream when heated never became syrupy and transparent like in your recipe.. but rather started thickening .. what did I do wrong? Have set the chocolate for now anyway. Let me know pls.
That’s strange.. Usually the cream should be the same caramel consistency. Was the flame too high ?

Whenever I eat Royce’s Nama chocolate I realise that there is some other note of flavour in there. Maybe something like whiskey essence or cayenne or something like that since they are alcohol free but they do have some alcohol flavour.

So van houten is ok. The problem with nuts is that it won’t cut well because it is sooo soft. This chocolate is meant to be melt in mouth. Maybe chop and add roasted nuts
