You are so right. B5 makes a huge huge difference and I wish more people could understand. Medical doctors under estimate the power of supplements and their role in healing.

It also seem purposeful that doctor are misdirecting on vitamins. I've had a doc I was talking to and told him I was going to start taking b5 for the pain in my foot and he said no you want b6! I just can't trust main stream doctors anymore. They have done nothing but make me sicker and sicker. BP of 117/65 and they want to put me on statins...wtf! saying the guidelines are 110/65 to be healthy. I'm pretty sure growing up it started at 160/80 and has gone down 10 points like every 7 yrs or so. I will never take statins....and they will trick you on that as well by saying going to give you this....cuz they realize people are learning to not take the statin so this way if they just use the drugs name no one will know it's a statin. I'm just going to eat beef only and screw the rest of the shit out there it all poisons!!

I have severe adrenal fatigue I’m almost 40 and I don’t have a single grey hair. Will I still benefit from B5? I’m sensitive to supplements in the stage I am in so I’m trying my hardest to just make proper decisions. Great video

Mom's decades gray hair started to turn black at 83 when she changed her diet a little away from carbohydrates and used cannabis extract/oil because when she discovered stage 4 breast cancer which we reversed >90 % but the estrogen blockers ruined her kidney/liver function in 3 years, calcium skyrocketed and she went catatonic. We got her better in a few weeks, almost saved her, but the doctor gave her morphine and she died in minutes. Her gut function must have gotten better when her diet improved. Probably lowered her gluten sensitivity but she loved dairy products which are gluten mimickers as are all grains/pulses/seeds

I was getting grey hair from very young age like 23 and not coping with stress was an all my life problem. So, I will try 1000 mg a day. I bet evening would be good time to swallow it? Or morning?
Thanks for your great insight anyway. I never knew about symptoms of the vitamin b5 deficiency.

Can catalase reverse greying hair? I noticed after supplementing with glutathione a peroxide taste and even sensations throughout my body.. months after frequently getting glutathione I have so many white hairs now & very small white spots on my skin . If it’s peroxide related maybe catalase would help?
This was very helpful, thank you.

10:14 Doc, do you consider the lab ranges a good indicator of optimal range for B5, or if not, what's the optimal range? According to LabCorp the range is 12.9 - 253.1 ng/mL.

I know that they thin the skin and are harmful long term and we absorb everything through the skin and lungs.
I suggest eliminating all grains, legumes, animal products especially dairy and eggs, nightshade plants and maybe nuts and seeds unless sprouted into microgreens and see how your psoriasis is doing. If l eat ideally raw ripe fresh organic alkaline produce l don't have psoriasis. One egg or any of the above and it comes back plus other symptoms.

@@vestelle7283 l understand! Our candida and other parasites ask to be fed. Look into natural essential oils and herbs that eliminate them. We get used to eating healthily after a while. I suggest to read Arnold Ehret's mucusless diet healing system book as a first guide and research much further.

@Uneek Lifestyle the human body needs amino acids. Animal protein needs to be broken down into amino acids first. All greens and more produce provide amino acids. Look them up if you like.
Human breastmilk contains the least protein in the animal kingdom and that's our natural diet when we grow the most. Actually, it feeds our brain more than anything!
A human baby on human breastmilk doubles its weight after 6 months and a calf in 34 days or so.
Legumes, apart from peas, would not be edible raw. If you don't have a leaky gut / autoimmune disease or fungal or parasite overgrowth, you may get away with eating them.
      All the best!
