I went to work everyday through the big C. I don't agree w/all this working from home because many are not working at all and making huge salaries. How about we cut some of those ridiculous programs that the politicians ask for in the bills. That would save plenty of money.
The government have their systems set up that they account for all your virtual/computer activity/work performed not including virtual meetings and communications performed via telephone that most have to have a follow email/report to account for them. Your suggestion for programs and grants that are brought to the Senate and Congress to be federally funded would be a great way to cut back. Some of things they approve are crazy! My husband worked everyday during Covid at our Shop it's considered essential so I know where your coming from.
I can understand your view. I also see it as creating more jobs as well. I personally believe productivity and balance of mental health involves time both outside the home with physical interaction with coworkers and more time away from the physical setting. There’s no perfect scenario unfortunately.
I can say 100 percent people are not as professional at home as they would be in an office setting. I’ve been on calls doing business and heard dogs barking in the background children crying and screaming and smoke detectors beeping because they haven’t changed the battery. None of this would be happening if they were working at the office and not at home. I believe if people are going to work from home they actually need an office in their home so they are not interrupted and can conduct themselves professionally.
Agreed, Ana. Being able to work from home could be beneficial in many ways. I don't have a job where that could be an option for me but it sounds nice. Enjoyed the chat and hearing your thoughts. Nice makeup look! Stay warm and cozy. 💚
What is the temp there. Its been cold here this week. We git some snow in SC NOT ALOT WHERE I LIVE BUT A DUSTING AND THE TEMP IS 21 AT NIGHT AND 31 DURING THE DAY. I HAVE VERTIGO TOO AND ITS SUCKY. I HAVE YOU IN MY PRAYERS AND I FEEL YOUR PAIN.
Hi Ana, I was trying to tell you from over here that you had a fuzz on your cheek, but of course you can’t hear me 🤣. Yes I Agree with you on all of what you said you Federal workers. Stay warm 💕
You are right remote working would save money, but somebody always comes along and thinks they know better and wants to change everything and make it harder because they don’t care about other people and I don’t mean this to sound kind of like a rant but how I feel about it
If they get rid of the penny then they need to figure out a way to do some reconfiguration of pricing.
Vertigo sucks. I feel your pain

I agree right with you Carol.
I agree, Carol
They should go back to work in the office because its a waste using the the buildings. They might be working or not. They can weed them out.
