With all that you have gone through with missing boxes, Ipsy should have someone on staff that works with customers like you to make sure that you are a priority for at least the next six months. Ipsy needs to learn that years long loyalty should be honored. Nothing was missing in my Boxycharm this month but whenever I get lots of add-ons I just assume some won’t be in the box. Hopefully Ipsy will give you something extra for your bother and aggravation. Take care, Kay. ❤
@@bettyvick2850 they gave me 600 points which I don’t care for so much. I think it’s best to get whatever add ons I get in the glam bag. I intend to cut way back so they fit in a mailer. I think Ipsy is really struggling. The other box got a label on 1/17 and hasn’t had movement since then. In a way that’s ok because I wanted some time to pass as the problem with the other box became known to their management. I’d bet it did. I put several comments on X for both ACI and Ipsy. Plus I had three tickets with Ipsy on this. They have someone watch X 24/7 negative comments and immediately open a ticket. By the time a third ticket is open, they elevate it. That’s how I got the resend agreed to and refund fairly quickly. I think Ipsy has decided to roll the dice with low end shipping because they can’t afford better shipping partners. The package that never moves thing is not unique to me. I see others comment on that in videos and in the review comments. I think the theft thing was probably a bit unique because I live in a major southern city where they may not have the best workers and the what they can get. And with that driver, they got a thief. Used to seem like when the never moving shipment happened, the next month they would great. I just don’t know now.

@ it’s what they do. Yeah, enough points for a small sample. I never have trouble with the shopper. It’s sent DHL. Honestly, I think they are struggling. From comments I read, people are dropping subscriptions because they are either fed up with the shipping, missing items or poor selection. Because I don’t get PR, I can be brutally honest about what my experience is. Looks like they are dropping PR by March and they just went up in price again. I don’t have a big channel but there are not that many people who regularly post with paid for boxes and bags. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t have someone at their company monitoring videos like they have someone monitoring X. I know that Eyescream monitors. I get my box ahead of others and even PR people. They never contacted me about that but they did contact me once on a compliment I had for one of their eye shadow pallets. I actually never want PR. I like to choose what I get. I have enough stuff and couldn’t deal with more. And, I only want to give my honest opinion. PR recipients mostly don’t do that because they don’t want their PR yanked. I really enjoy the nice products I get from Ipsy. That is why I struggle with cutting back and potentially cancelling.
@@lisaaustin4561 they would just never deliver it there same as what happened here. I think the boxes are going to continue to be a problem. Seems that the pink box (and purple) one have become recognizable as something that when stolen can be easily sold by the thief. The ACI carrier boxes do not have final delivery by the post office. The glam bags are out through DHL which is delivered by the post office. I have almost no trouble with those. I think I’ll cut back on add ons and put whatever add ons in the glam bags and not the boxes. I think the heavy boxes with more products in them are more attractive to steal than say one with five light items. They may figure it’s not worth their time. That box that was stolen had retail value of $667 with my boost and add ons. Porch pirates are not that much of a product where I live because I’m on the main subdivision street and there is often people walking dogs and many neighbors work from home like we do. Our dog always lets us know when anyone comes near our house. She didn’t the other day because the lazy thief just drove by and took their photo from the street. I’m also seriously considering ditching Ipsy.

What about getting a box at one of those postal places? I have a big problem with porch pirates. I’d rather pay for the box
