      Less coffee < more water haha it's a struggle :)

      I'm in my mid 50s and had a cancer/chemo journey last year and I had a heart attack after my first chemo infusion! Since then, I've really struggled with my energy level. I'm hoping to continue to build up my stamina this year. I want to go to the mall with my daughters and not have to sit on a bench halfway through. The lack of stamina prevents me from doing certain things and going places with friends, without feeling like a drag on the fun with having to constantly stop and rest. It doesn't help that I've been back to work full time for several months and honestly, even though I have a desk job, it wears me out just going there lol. End story. 😃

      For me - I’m working on eating more whole foods, particularly during breakfast. Incorporating more protein, veggies, carbs in the morning can go a long way.
