So little time, but it also saves almost unlimited resources as the only resources you spend are for building and setup. After it's set up you can get all the setup blocks back (except the TNT and Iron Golem) and it keeps running forever.

Weakness potions are only made of fermented spider eyes if I'm right. Mushrooms are easy to farm and sugarcane is even easier and you can just wait for the night to kill spiders and make 3 potions at a time. To make them throwable you just need some gunpowder, just kill some creepers

Not hard to make but inconvenient to make. Pumpkins are easy to harvest but why are people making pumpkin farms? Because late game automation in minecraft is extremely time saving. You invest a little time to build one machine and then you get free items for eternity without labor.

Tip for anyone in bedrock. Since tipped arrows are easy to make, just make a batch of potions of weakness. And tip them (put potions into a cauldron). Then you basically have 64 weakness “potions”. It works for purifying zombie villages all the same

A much easier alternative is to use tipped arrows and a piercing crossbow. Villagers will heal to full health when cured so you don't have to worry about killing them if done too much. Also, if you're playing on bedrock you don't even have to get to the end for dragon's breath, you can just click a cauldron with a regular bottle of whatever potion you want (in this case, a potion of weakness)

Getting 13 witches, a skeleton with a flame bow (or a lava source block), an iron golem, and all the materials to build a farm is harder than just getting a brewing stand, water bottles, and a fermented spider eye.

skeleton with a flame bow is easy, just get a bow and give it flame. now get skeleton without bow enchant. drop the bow to skeleton and now you got a flame bow skeleton while also getting unenchanted bow, iron golem you can just steal from the village or make villager breeder which you use to get 13 witches and snag 1 iron golem from that.
yeah but this is infinite weakness potions so you dont need to get brewing stand and wait for the potion to brew, water bottles or fermented spider eyes.

I think you can remove skeleton and golem part by just standing near a collection of witches. It makes this thing much more simple. Just some block to contain the witches and some rail system to transport the zombie villager near the witches.
