      Its a cherimoya not actually related to apples so I don't know why its has that name, but its flesh is like creamy custard so that part I get. You can buy them in the summer from supermarkets, like Asda

      @ahsinom2 no longer have them 😞. I've made a playlist for Cherimoyas, Atemoya and custard apple. You can watch it if you are interested. My most recent is the Atemoya.

    Nice video, full of information.
    My question is.. since I also want to do the same reason why I'm here..is that, with the fish blood and bones...what are chances of uptaking mercury and other industrial polutants that have plagued the fish family..in to our own bodies as we consume the fruits?
    Just an observation in regards to the choice of manure. I'm also weary of using manure from non organic farms..
    What's your take on that?

    • @louiseahmedtropicalplantgr5000
      @louiseahmedtropicalplantgr5000  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I doubt if my plants will reach fruiting stage not for a long time yet. I would imagine there will be traces of pollutants in fish, the bones used are mainly from cows and also the blood too. I don't think the fish is a major component, so I'm not too concerned about it

    How long does it take for it to bare fruit ? How many seeds can you plant? If you don’t have a propagator what do you do?

      It takes many years, this video is a year ago I lost 2 cheromoya trees last summer so have recently brought Anona squamosa tree from Bangladesh.

    • @tyuo2182

      @@louiseahmedtropicalplantgr5000 Seems like a hard job growing them, I prefer the ones in the picture to the anona squamosa , wow you brought the tree how much did that cost and how much maintenance does the tree take?
