Thank you for sharing your race and your beautiful crew/pacers with us. I teared up with you at the end, and It's completely apparent that your joy and love are boundless too. 😊
As an ultra runner it tickles my nerd brain to watch the packing and figuring out all the nonsense with getting ready...lol. Its the best and the worst..I stress and stress until I get out on the course running...just get me running and I am okay...lol. Also I started my channel 10 years ago making videos for midpack and folks wanting to get into ultras. Great job!!
I thoroughly enjoyed this adventure video of yours (and your family)! It was real, meaning it came from someone who is not elite but still a baddass. I learned so much more from your informative video about getting through a 200+ trail race than any of the big name racers. Next week, I will embark on my first 100 km race, followed by a 100 mile race next year.
@@jocelynbriggs I'm in Australia, it's called Surf Coast Century 100k and the 100 miler is Brisbane Valley Rail Trail (BVRT) 100 (they have a 200 where you just loop back - not this time!). Looking forward to your next race docu.
Tja k you for sharing your video! Great job Renelle! I was tearing up at the end, too! You are such an inspiration and the best coach I have ever worked with. Congratulations on a great finish 🎉
Great to see you finish and awesome job to the crew as well. I agree its harder for them - all we do is run (hahahahaha). Looking forward to hearing about the new adventure.
Thank you so much for sharing your adventure. It was so relatable and inspiring! I’m a long way from the 250 (maybe 2026) but it is a big goal for me. I’m doing the Elden Crest 38 in 2025. I will be watching this again!
@@jocelynbriggs Hello there! Your content is really good, But your channel growth is very poor and video views are very low. Already I have seen many lacking's like no proper SEO, Description, Title, and Thumbnail optimization. That's why you didn't get expected video views. I have a great Idea for your channel. If you want, I wanna discuss your channel. Thank you
Thanks for sharing your journey! I’m doing Sedona Canyons in 2025. It’s hard to find good videos that are relatable so I really appreciate you taking the time to make this. Question: What is the brand of waist belt you used to carry the extra water flasks? 🙏🏻
awesome effort! I'm doing this race in 2025! Out of curiosity, how much total lay down (attempting to sleep + sleep) would you say you had? And how much of that was actual sleep?
hey! great question - I struggled in the first day or two to fall asleep - so I rested for 20-30 min then got up, to not waste time NOT sleeping. eventually it caught up and I fell asleep quickly and got about 1.5-2 hrs each day - plus 3 or 4 dirt naps about 10 min or less. in total I think I had about 8 hrs. good luck in 2025 , its such a life changing experience!

Cheering you on - that was one of my favourite sections of the whole course!! A lot of people start with that and next thing you know they’re registered for the 250!

thank you for that! the one I used is from Salomon - I was able to carry a soft flask in the front and the back of it reasonably comfortably
