Those people saying you need to put the tractor on a lowboy are the same ones that think they can drive in the left-hand lane and there’s nothing wrong with it 😂
Road travel is all part of it Brian. You have to laugh at the Karens. They have no clue. Great to see the old opening back. Always liked that one. Keep on farmin.
Brian something that would be handy in your shop is a set of roll around stairs. I have a set that the platform is about eight foot tall. The hand rail is three foot taller. So you can easily work off the steps or the platform. I also have some boards cut that fit the hand rails so you can get a ten foot standing platform. The nice thing is you can use it by yourself. Also it is fast to move and easy to get up and down. I have a electric lift that is great for taller stuff but is not handy for shorter stuff.
My annual prayer for this season..may your harvest go better than expected and may storage be a concern during the harvest. Hopefully this year goes super smooth, and commodity prices soar high. Happy subscriber 😊
Just a comment to help algorithms. You may want to put some anti-seize on those S/S bolts. S/S fasteners love each other, and they tend to gauld when you try to remove. Or you can just use a breaker bar and tighten until they break off when you're ready to remove.
Thanks for another great video Brian. It was interesting and informative and enjoyable. You and BJ did alright switching over those fertilizer bins from what the video showed. Good going. To be honest with you, I have never seen a fertilizer machine where you had to switch out one of the tanks. Well anyway, job well done. My compliments to you and BJ for a job well done. Only a few well rusted bolts to be replaced. Nice going guys. Sounds like you can get back to planting in the next couple of days Brian. Good for your Brian. Go get em. About it I guess. Thanks for everything. You all take care and be safe. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
Love your channel! Brian, have you heard news of Ohio Cat who owns Ohio Ag notified Agco that as of Jan1 2025 they will no longer be an Agco Dealership? Was told an email would be sent to customers..we use the Lima, and Upper Sandusky Ohio Ag. Hopefully someone will purchase Agco Dealership.
You know, that is what that upside down triangle on the back of the equipment is for. SLOW MOVING VEHICLE. If you want to drive fast, stay on the freeway. Oh, yeah, that's right. The guy rapidly changing lanes created a major accident so everybody is sitting still in their cars. Chill out people.
Being a farmer myself when something big is coming at me when possible I pull in to a driveway.. "Hope I don't Get Shot" Yes I've got the bird a few times myself....
Guess people realize a lowboy would be as wide and in the long run would take longer getting in and out of field. I used to haul equipment, alot of times I had to unload on the road.
People just need to calm tf down when driving in general and especially around semis and tractors. After spending 8 years driving around salt lake for 8 years I don't miss being in a semi one bit. Watched a Tesla go around a dump truck in a turn merge lane today and watched another go into the left turn lane and dive over in front of a semi the other day. Yes some truck drivers are idiots but guess what you get into a battle with a semi or a tractor you're gonna lose!!
Brian, we are in north central ohio, use Ohio ag a fair amount for parts, now they are closing, what have you heard what the plan is going forward? We were told there wasn’t a plan in place for another company to take it over for parts and service, Ohio machinery is good for the cat and construction side of things, but our experience is sub par on the ag side, and I think a lot people up here feel the same way, hence them dumping the ag.
People don't understand that if you put it on lowboy that will be same like you drive. Truck cant go much faster then tractor on that narrow rod and its still same width and you will need stop and let it pass anyway. It so fun how some people don't use brain .😂 🚜🚜🚜🚜
Brian people can't stand to be inconvenienced while they're in a big hurry to go nowhere. Those same people are the same ones who get pissed when their groceries are not on the shelves. I've been driving truck for 40 years and I deal with the same thing when trying to deliver the very products they probably ordered but don't want you to be late.
How does loading the tractor on a low-boy make it better? The load is just as wide, and now it'll be even longer. You might be able to travel slightly faster, but it'll be harder to maneuver, so it's just as disruptive or even worse.
They are aware that putting that on a semi wonty making go quicker when the roads are bendy and there are loads of wires or its a single track? It tends to make it take longer as the trailer has to be even bigger to fit it all on
Brian, if the hook is too big to pass thru the eye but the chain will fit......you can pass a loop of the chain thru the eye and hook the hook on the far side to stop the chain passing back thru. Just a trick an oldtimer taught me
It only gets worse I was stopped at red light with tractor disk packer in the right turn lane had a triaxle dump truck pass me on the left blew the red light to make a right turn. People have no care for safety
I’d say it’s time to replace that electrical connector. I would use some Corrosion X and spray the connectors to help prevent this from happening again.
Who said that was a 2 hour job? If it was me and one other guy and we had done it 1000 times, I would still say it will be 4 hours min plus breaks and lunch. Either way, nice work, boys GIT R DONE!!!
Brian I have to say they don't know how important you are to them i landman is important for the US because without you they would have to find food themselves and a lot of duck that the farmers produce but perhaps they must reach their own funeral
The assholes(Karen's) acted the same way back in 1984. There should be a whole chapter in drivers Ed that covers how to behave around agriculture during crop season ... especially, planting and harvest. Hey, I seem to have a knack to turn a 10 minute job waist 3 days. Gotcha beat! I doooo live the old intro music. Something about that line guitar in the low register.
Common sense is at an all-time low . A low boy traveling in your area would be even slower. I was spreading lime in a field that surrounded a house. The resident stopped me and accused me of spreading dangerous poison. I walked to their gravel drive and picked up a handful of rock and said is this poisonous too? Obviously, city slickers.😂
Those people saying you need to put the tractor on a lowboy are the same ones that think they can drive in the left-hand lane and there’s nothing wrong with it 😂
Nah their the ones that think you dont need to farm animals or plants since you can just go to the grocery store and buy them instead
FJB, just saying.
Love the older opening theme song! It’s cool that you mix them from time to time.
People are not satisfied unless they have something to complain about. You and your family do an awesome job.🇺🇸

That looked like it went way better than anticipated.
we have same problem over here in southern indiana - have had cars go into ditch to get around just so they can get where they going
the people that say load on a lowboy don't understand you are still gonna take up the whole road
❤

Amen 👍🙏
Good to see it actually went in pretty smoothly.

The Fendt pulled over for the Deere, it knows who’s boss. 😉😂
Great awesome video Brian . Die hard loyal subscriber since you started
That Salford spread was more fun to watch😉
Thanks for another great video Brian.

Still waiting for dry wheather to plant corn overhere, thanks Brian greetings from a Dutch dairyfarmer
Those haters think their groceries are produced in back of the store
G’job Brown family, funny, I had no idea that putting equipment on a lowboy would automatically make it narrower 🤣😂🤣Hmmm! Y’all take care🇺🇸💪🏻🇺🇸
Brain, paint a mark on the door frame to indicate when the door is fully opened. I have seen that with hangars that have a similar door.
Farm road Spandex wearing bicycle riders are what ticks me off!!!😂
People would really love If you used a low boy stopping on the road to chain or unchain and unloading that would be way more convenient for them.
Being on a lowboy somehow makes the equipment narrower ??? Shows the thought process !!
Really enjoyed this video. Have a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend from Oklahoma
I hope your planting continues without any problems.
If it's going to be a traffic jam it better be a tractor man 😅
You guys always have soooo much fun!
On top of everything being substantially dearer, the truck/tractor with the lowboy would be bigger to accommodate your planter.
Just wondering how the wheat is doing with all the extra moisture. Might be a bumper crop this year ???
Awesome video guys.thank you
Great Video Brian, Interesting 2 products being spread at the same time, I'm looking forward to see that going to work, thanks for sharing
Being a farmer myself when something big is coming at me when possible I pull in to a driveway.. "Hope I don't Get Shot" Yes I've got the bird a few times myself....
Great video as usual. Keepem coming
Great video!

Great job you two

Two thumbs up
Can’t focus on the 10%…. They are just the loudest unfortunately because the rest of us are to busy working
Deere - the gift that keeps on taking.
It’s just as wide on the lowboy. I bet those LSW’s will make some nice marks down the side of a car.
Comments ON.
Helping Brian' with the youtube algoriythm.
End of Comment.

I always tell people I pay taxes to the middle of the highway and allow the township and county use 33 feet for their roadways.
Good video.

Farmers and ranchers think alike. If it weren't for Southern engineering and baling wire you would never accomplish all the peojects.
charlie brown cartoon strap lol
It is May 23 here! That damn Spectrum, told them my internet was slow!
I always hated working on fertilizer equipment, you get a dust or flim on you no matter what you do.
Well done sod buster do you grow any sun flowers there at your farm
great video
Workin words! Real farmin!
Everybody gets in a hurry and your hurry isn't as important as my hurry. Silly people.
Nice use of 4’ ladder.
do they think if you load that planter ona low boy you would not be so wide?!
Bj doesn't look like Bj without a hat Lol 😂😂 looks older than Bob 😂😂😂😂
Hope the bed works smooth.
I’d say it’s time to replace that electrical connector. I would use some Corrosion X and spray the connectors to help prevent this from happening again.
On the bolts, use blue locktite and spray over with plastidip and there will be no rusty bolts.
impressive
Good job guys
I am curious.... Couldn't the two products you are gonna spread be blended at the fertilizer plant and then stored under your shed?
Good stuff guys
Who said that was a 2 hour job? If it was me and one other guy and we had done it 1000 times, I would still say it will be 4 hours min plus breaks and lunch. Either way, nice work, boys GIT R DONE!!!

How about having the 2 fertilizer products blended and sent to you. Or because you’re doing variable rate with each product that wouldn’t work.
Dielectric Grease after ya unhook them!
Everything done under the watchful eyes of Mother Nature. AKA:The weather.
Did you sell the JD planter

Old intro... in this video. Had to double check it wasn't a flashback. Lol
People are so disconnected from the reality of where food comes from it's ridiculous
It's not worth putting it on a lowboy unless you're going over a certain distance.
We have farms 50 miles apart. The average driver gets worse and worse every year it seems. I have more close calls every year.
Have you hidden Bob’s D8 keys? You haven’t shown him using that in a while.
....and how exactly does the lowboy take up less room on the road and travel faster over those short distances.
Since Ohio ag is done what are you guys going to do?
Evening
I have seen it before on Triple R farms
Oi 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Are you putting on 28% with your new toy
👍🇨🇦
I would rather follow a tractor anytime.
If you didn’t put never seize on those stainless steel bolts and nuts you’re going to regret it later.
