These guys at the front-desk probably make the same money, no matter if the Hotel is full or not. But they have a lot less work if it is empty. Ben on the other hand only makes money, if the place is full. Everybody acts on their incentives.

Manger woman looks high. The pool needs lots of flowers to get a welcoming vibe. Big thick yellow balloons would let ppl know hotel is open and would bring out the yellow in the sign. Hotel rooms need better decor like updated pillows and bedding. Front office needs flower arrangements, small water fountain and music.
My wife and I actually stayed at that hotel a few years back. The place across the street was 3x the price PER NIGHT. Saved me money and had a badass weekend there. Thanks Ben

You should use/paint more "Anthracite" color. It looks cheap because it's such a mismatch of colors. e.g. Front desk and trim doorway, all wood, paint it anthracite and your logo pops-up. Swimming pool border, fence, if both painted anthracite you get a combination again of two elements pool + fence. Also with anthracite the fence will become less noticeable. Also blue walls (atm machine) if you make it more darker blue, you don't see the cable/plug/wires that much..

The gm has kept members and employees updated, and he has added stories, reflections, etc. On the clubs Facebook page, as he would post a couple of times a week during this plandemic. Maybe dude glued to his computer screen can get on that. Or replace him with someone who is tech savvy. About that lime green...

In London that ATM machine would have disappeared in the night by now, poor front desk guy lol(who was stealing was it him?), I would rent that room as it seem nice and I guess people on holiday will be grateful to book but I guess there might be nicer ones out there with the rivals, for the maintenance niggles I would get the tradesmen to report back by sending photos and videos on smart phone that would stop any of those issues, Ben is the man! 🙂👍

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I agree the public areas need some sprucing up. My granddaughter and I enjoyed pool area..it was clean but dated. Needs some pizazz!

Genuinely the best place to stay on Clearwater. Super affordable vacation and (let's be honest) you're not spending alot of time in the hotel if you aren't sleeping. But there was nothing wrong and you almost feel bad for everybody staying in the expensive 300$/night places surrounding it. Will only stay at Clearwater Beach Hotel when we go back down to Clearwater for next vacation.

In London that ATM machine would have disappeared in the night by now, poor front desk guy lol(who was stealing was it him?), I would rent that room as it seem nice and I guess people on holiday will be grateful to book but I guess there might be nicer ones out there with the rivals, for the maintenance niggles I would get the tradesmen to report back by sending photos and videos on smart phone that would stop any of those issues, Ben is the man! 🙂👍

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I agree the public areas need some sprucing up. My granddaughter and I enjoyed pool area..it was clean but dated. Needs some pizazz!

Yeah, I agree, if they do a light brown it would look really good. Most private clubs or upper scale hotels have a brownish type paint on the outside.

Genuinely the best place to stay on Clearwater. Super affordable vacation and (let's be honest) you're not spending alot of time in the hotel if you aren't sleeping. But there was nothing wrong and you almost feel bad for everybody staying in the expensive 300$/night places surrounding it. Will only stay at Clearwater Beach Hotel when we go back down to Clearwater for next vacation.
