Great ending to the show. Tom really going into his background. It makes sense as to why Tasty looks the way it does, and I love that. Also can appreciate that even though he has friends on the opposite end of the political spectrum, he still gets along with them and is great friends with them despite the differences.
At the same time, he can be seemingly cantankerous in other segments. There's nothing quite like a Sosnoff "Who Cares?" response, especially to anything macro or technical analysis related.
But, I get it. That's Tom being Tom. It's also him trying to share the mindset required to be a successful trader. Focus on the mechanics, and less on the other things so many others focus on.
Is he right all the time? Of course not! Often turns contrarian too soon.
But, definitely appreciate his candor and willingness to share. I love that making money long ago stopped being the reason to trade for him. It became more about just the success, the wins. And his attention to the details on how to put the odds in his favor and desire to share that with everyone willing to listen to help themselves become similarly successful.
Really appreciate what Tom has built and tried to do for the every man retail trader here. Really, really do.

Great conversation as always. Seems like Tom is missing the point on politician making unethical trades. Question was not if they have an advantage to trade with the information that wasn’t available to public. Is it ethical for politicians to do so? Of course not. It’s unethical and illegal. Your answer is “who cares, they don’t have any advantage.” Sometimes it’s not just about the result. Thank you for everything Tom and Vic. You guys are the best.
