This video and another were utube recommended to me. I put it on the TV so my husband and I could watch together. The first thoughts that went through our minds were not nice ones! We could not believe anyone would dumpster dive for food! Then of course having run our local food pantry for 5 years we could not believe so much good food was tossed out instead of given to a food pantry! As we continued to watch we were dumb founded at the amount of food that was in these dumpsters, like the 36 cases of green tea. The chocolate in the other video really shocked me, I know how much that brand costs! We were also saddened that anyone in our country would need to do this to obtain food. This video and another changed every negative thought. How blessed your community is have you! That blessing box is the most awesome idea I have seen yet in dealing with feeding the proud and poor. No paper work, erc..all of that entrusted to God! No locks, no limits. This has encouraged us to start the same thing here. While we are in a sparsely populated area, the need is great. These type of items are never given in food pantries .We don't have but a very few dumpsters here ...however a dollar store is. Due to pressing matters;, it would be a a couple of months. We fulley intend to have this available by summer. Thank you so much for the beautiful idea and videos explaining this. May God bless and protect you!!

I love that the boys were able to each have a house of their own to build. They had so much fun and each one turned out really great guys !! Mom and dad worked hard today to gather food and drinks for the family and donating. Dad needs to wear a flannel shirt to dive in this terrible weather however. His poor arms were so red from the cold and wind burn. Don't need you sick buddy ❤

Great haul y’all. I believe out of all the Aldi stores, they toss away 4 tons of bananas each month. Most still look fantastic. It’s crazy. Where we live bananas went from .42 cents a pound to .72.. in one week. Not counting all the other items they toss away. I absolutely hate to see good items go to waste. Meat is so expensive, gas, everything has almost doubled & tripled. What a tea score. Thank u guys for all y’all do for your community..
Loving the garden beds, you should keep an eye out for some of the fresh produce in the dumpsters and use that to stock your garden 🙂 some things like tomatoes, potatoes, some lettuce can grow form the base, pumpkins, spring onions, cucumbers, peppers, chili’s etc etc. you could fill your whole garden with fresh produce that you sourced from the dumpster 👍🏻

Put chicken pieces in a baking dish and drizzle the Italian dressing over the top and bake it. The chicken will come out tender and so juicy.
