At this point though Josh basically can not be unattended or he is getting into full blown risking death territory. He’s going to get robbed/mugged, stumble into the street and get hit, fall asleep on train tracks. I’m an alcoholic/addict myself and a lot of em it’s not necessarily super obvious they’re drunk/high, I’ve never personally seen an alcoholic this visibly drunk all the time. So with his tolerance I can not even imagine how much he’s drinking, a handle a day something insane. Rocking a perpetual BAC of .3%, why the fuck is Quinn unable to take this seriously. He needs an intervention it is still consistently getting worse and worse

We're all watching Josh die in slow motion. He's been wasted for almost 2 years straight. He's been in the hospital for drinking 3 times in the last 13 months.
I’m not worried that much about the amount of alcohol he’s consuming as the human body is extremely resilient and it would take multiple years for him to even start to deteriorate from the alcohol. Im worried that he’s gonna do some dumb shit while drunk thats gonna get him hurt or even killed. like jumping into the Hudson or N*tti Bopping in Harlem. Get better soon, Josh.
@@krcf3912 no, this is absolutely not true. The amount of alcohol he is consuming does matter because if he stops drinking all together suddenly or goes into a severe withdrawal it can literally kill you. Not to mention the seizures, cardiac arrhythmias and hypothermia that can come with it that can also be fatal. Have worked in the emergency room for six years now and age as well as the amount of alcohol doesn’t discriminate.

@@PKAllDay34 I agree with you completely. I didn’t say in my comment that the human body was resilient to withdrawals, but rather that him drinking heavily won’t kill him for a while as the human body is very resilient to alcohol consumption.
My father had a friend that died in his sleep bc he threw up he was drunk. Ultimately it's joshes decision. He has to want it. It's not easy i know someone with special needs that is an alcoholic and they are proud of it bc his father drank a lot. It's sad. All we can do is support him and be positive

Mental capacity🤨? You mean his delusion, you don’t have to be smart to get sober. Sometimes Josh types do the best, go really hard when they’re young and can survive it and gets so bad so quickly they have to get sober. Maybe he can hyper fixate on AA
AA/rehab only works if the person wants to change. People like this "want" him to change but give him thousands of dollars. He didn't just randomly fly to Boston and spend hundreds on food and drinks. @@monhi64

If he were to tell Josh “no drinks” everyday, Josh would just not listen to him. He’s doing what he’s can by preventing Josh from drinking 10+ a day and making sure he doesn’t get in any situations when he’s around Josh

Not one person, next to him or interviewing him told him he needs help. Asking him will obviously get no where but people need to tell him he needs help. I get the whole not beating someone down or telling them how to live their lives but this guy has some serious work ahead of him. I’d rather have a group of honest friends that have my best interest over people that want to ride my coattails for alittle fame. Hes going down a one way road to a dangerous future. I hope this kid can pull through cause alcoholism is a sad thing to deal with when it gets to deep.
it’s much different with people who are differently abled…it’s much harder to intervene, as they get stuck on a topic, and can get angry when people try to change their schedule. he has great people around him he will be okay. this all is super scary and concerning to watch, but i’m sure he will come out of this.

Yeah, I rolled my eyes at that. He had double digit drinks before the podcast undoubtedly. After the podcast was filmed they went back to Boston (this was filmed in Swampscott) and he was denied service and then booted from at least one bar because he was too sloshed.

Oral surgeons have cut way back on giving painkillers after wisdom tooth extraction. Most of them give 800mg ibuprofen these days.

It's truly sad, he has the mental capacity to build this following. 99% of people with disabilities and alcoholism can not build this kind of following. I hope one day soon he can develop an obsession around something that isn't harmful. He has the charisma that people can get behind.

On Tiktok you really only see glimpses of how fucked up he is but this is truly heart breaking, I dont think Flannigan and MQ(If they even truly want him to stop) realize at the level he is "cutting back" isnt an option or really doable or sustainable. Even cutting back little by little if he can stick to it is going to put him through hell on his body and mind. He needs to find a Detox program or and Inpatient program to help him get clean and even then he has a lifelong fight to stay sober ahead of him. I know he said he isnt an alchoholic but if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck.. well you get what Im saying. Either way I truly hope he gets help but he has to want to do it himself. Ive seen so many friends in the same state he is and they did not make it to the othersode because they did not want to. I have also seen people recover and its because they wanted to. No matter what I do hope the best for him

Josh is almost never sober unless they did the podcast right after he woke up in the morning. He needs rehab and detox, straight cutting back is even dangerous at the level he has been drinking. Hopefully this spreads the message and someone somewhere can offer help that he needs.
