Did you watch that season? Charli won because her performances were beautiful. I wasn't so sure about her at the beginning but over the course of the show, as we got to know her other than "just a tiktoker", I realized all the negative things I thought about her, or heard about her, were wrong. She had the potential to be a great dancer and I believe she won because of her improvement and her talent. Of course her fan base does have influence on her winning but I think it was well deserved

Like I said, I honestly didn't like her at first, but that was because of everything I'd heard about her without actually attempting to know who she is.
