Brilliant small layout! Here in the States railway modelers would never think of building a layout solely based on a locomotive servicing facility. It is an amazing oversight. There is so much potential for realistic operation and it’s a great way to show off a large collection of loco’s in a small space. After seeing a gem like your layout, I want to have a go at it myself!
Depot looks really good. Great setup and lots for the eye to look at. Like the hedge on top of the retaining wall. Gives the impression that it’s behind the wall rather than on top. Great update, Clint.
Great looking layout, I’d say the finishing touch would be some track weathering and toning down the cleanliness of the grass. Love a good TMD layout and this is definitely up there, fantastic! 👍
Looks great. I've used one of those sheds myself in the past and had a go at converting it to be a bit more anglicized. Still got it in a "unfinished projects" box somewhere. All the little details you've added really do make a big difference. Hope to see it on the show circuit in the future.
You did ask for comments!. I like the layout very much. Good use of space and you have a great amount of stuff fitted in. Personally I think the grass is too green and the ballast is too clean. For me, some weathering on these would really finish off the layout along with a bit of dumbing down of the concrete apron. Well done. Wouldn't mind that myself.

Just goes to prove size isn't everything in this game. Very detailed and well thought out use of space, well done. When I started mine I always thought the maximum width was going to be 2 feet and I have no regrets
