My opinion is that, once we use the ATAK in all the intersections then we will be controlling the traffic movement fluently!
more implimentations are needed to do such a program.

güzel fikir japonlarınkinden daha iyi fakat İstanbulda zor bence control şöförde olammalı araçlar biririyle komunşkasyon kurmalı gps haritalar üzeri cep veya gidilecek yerin adresi verikmeli otomobil kendi trafikte seyir etmeli böylece sollama , taciz, aniden yola çıkmalar , sürat , sinyal vermeme, kırmızı ışıkta durmama , otobanda sürekli soldan gitme , kamyyonların sürekli orta hatta sol seridi kullanmaları engellenecek çünki bu saatten sonra Trafik kurallarına uymaları münkün değil böylece kasıslerede gerek kalmıyacak Belediyelerde ekonomi sağlanacak, bence en iyi sistem araçların bir biriyle network ağı kurup hız şerit değiştirme en iyi trafiksiz yolu kullanma gibi fikirler üretmek. İstanbulda Trafik genelde son anda dönme akan şeridi dahi trafiğe sokmak gibi yanlışlardan kaynaklanmakta mesela sürekli sol şeritten gidiyorlar en sag serit boş fakat bu da yanlış en sağdaki soldakinden hızlı gitmesi kurallara aykırı ama kimin umrunda , yeliş yayaya yanarken veya yaya geçidinde insanların üstüne araç sürmek bizde var bunumu eyliyet alırken öğretiyorlar yoooo biraz insanlık ve insan karakterine bağlı her sey ders kuralla olmuyor !

what the funny part of the traffic signal sequence shown here is from Red to yellow and to Green. Actual and real sequence is from Green to Yellow and to Red. In Califonia, Caltrans ( Department of transportation california) had been operating so called adaptive traffic control ststem by using inductive loop, front and advanced loops scheme. The inductive loop system is the most accurate and reliable vehicle detection system for intersection traffic control system.

so they can hinder flow of traffic to the max so gas revenue is up which give government more tax $$ mean while drivers are slower and vehicles require more maintenance so rich get richer and the common man pays more . Its all about $$$$
