    You modders are highly under appreciated. That looks like an immense amount of work. I didn't understand a second of what you were doing, but I am very impressed by your knowledge.

      Well I’m a hacker lol. Please don’t confuse me with a true modder. I just know how to play with what I’m shown, then I try to put it in a video so that more people can learn. The gentleman in the description (TWAN) is the man. He explained how to do it and I was able to replicate it.

      bdbssb It still looks impressive to a technologically handicapped person like myself. As a long time dedicated farm sim player, I have come to realize how we too often take modders and their huge investments in time and effort for granted. Thanks for what you do.

    Apretiate this video allot. ive been making logos and decals and been wanting to know how to do it this way not just using a plane in ge. Some videos out there but allot dont have voice over so its hard to follow along with them. But i think i will learn quick with this video

      Yeah it’s on my website. It has windrow options along with several color options. If you join my discord I can answer several of your questions quicker lol. Most of my videos have my site link. Then simply go to the contact link and hit the discord logo. Discord is known as a gaming chat program, however I mainly use it as a live chat forum (messaging instead of audio chat).

    Would it be the same for making vehicles wrap

      Yes you would just cut and duplicate parts of the vehicle. You would just need to be sure you scaled it a bit so it wouldn’t be in the same spot as the vehicle. It will clip or flicker if it is too close. On decals I will simply either move the piece or change the origin of the new object by simply .001 away.

    Hi again champ. Once again landed in your channel. im facing some wierd issues. When exporting to an obj and everythings fine. importing the id3 back to the editor, it always end up turned 90 degrees AND is a 100 times bigger. Any ideas? it's a problem when the id3 that has been imported back, is a "folder" with loads of other id3 below it. They will all be turned wrong, and be a 100 times smaller cause of the scaling issue.

      Ok the scale issue is from ge. You need to go into the preferences and change the scale to 1. To fix the rotation issue always be sure to lock scale and rotation in blender. I suggest doing this even before messing with uv and materials. In object mode hit “ctrl a” then select rotation and scale.     How do you fix the exporter so it exports without rigid body checked?

      I use the nld version and by default it doesn’t export rigid. My exporter was doing the same thing, once I updated to the nld version that issue went away. The settings are on the left when exporting, I honestly haven’t messed with them.

      You would add it as a design configuration. I have a corn header on my site that uses it.

    Hello, super tutorials everything explained nicely! But can you please do a tutorial on how to create a specular for fs19? I'm just trying to get a building out of Blender ingame, but the buildingShader needs a special specular mask, so I can not get anywhere?

      Glad you like the tutorials. At this point I’ve only used a typical specular map on objects. Now I’m not sure what you are modeling? I made a set of placeable tanks. What I did was cheat and use the vehicle shader. That way the game engine produced the material, I was able to use the shader to produce the color as well. Then I just did an ao bake for the ao layer of the specular file, and I did a black layer in the wear layer. To add some personality I did add a small amount of dirt. Long story short there are many options to deal with buildings. As far as a building tutorial there are a couple on fs-uk, if you would like to discuss this some more, please jump on my website. Once on the website hit my contact page and join my discord. From there I’ll have better resources to help you out.

      I was building a Bridge but the second uv do not this what i do in the uv layer in blender.
      And when i just lay the default-spec on it, it looks just like metal so i dont know what i should do.

      You would make 2 planes then mirror the uvs

    Hey i was wondering if there was a way to change the colors of a John Deere decal?

      Yes, however it can me a bit tricky when doing color on a diffuse texture. You almost have to separate the different colors parts, because when you activate the color mask it basically makes the image mono tone. Take a look at the imperador I edited on my site. The decals on it are colorable. I set them up to change color with the design color. I also did it to the trailer in my factory pack. I had to do one decal for the outline and a second for the numbers.

      There is a decal color mask selection in the vehicle shader. You just have to be sure to move the decals uv down to the colorMat0-colorMat7 channel so it can be changed. Like I said above though when you select a color the entire non alpha image will change that color so if there is more than one color in the decal you won’t be able to see the difference. One option is to delete the other colors so that the difference will show up from the material underneath the decal.

      I don’t have a video on changing colors on decals however there are the two items I talked about I have modded. I do have a video in how the color changing works and a video showing how the udim works with the uvs.

      I would dig on fsuk or gdn. I know how to troubleshoot mods not their program. There is a log somewhere for the program. I’d start there. Do you have all your drivers up to date? Specifically graphics?

      Make sure you have a material applied to your object, be sure you are in object mode when you export, and as a rule of thumb be sure you save the blend file before exporting. I also suggest that you have no texture applied to yiur materials and use the default material as well, I can’t remember what that is without opening blender. I just know I apply a material, it’s the default material, then I make all my changes in ge or notepad on the i3d file.

      The shader is usually used in fs19 instead of using a diffuse texture. It looks much better than a diffuse. To make the material colorable the uvs just have to be put in the correct location. Giving the model a shader is as simple as assigning a shader from the data files.

      Best thing to do is to open one up and study it. Same goes with every mod. If you want to make a mod you can simply study another and mimic.
