I noticed that you always put coverings over your shoes or took them off. It shows a extra gester to keep the home and floors clean. You don't see that very often. Since we don't wear shoes in our home. I was impressed.

Hi! Thank you for the video. This is a beautiful home. That upper screen porch room is a dream come true. I have questions: On the sliding glass door, why is the slider door on the outside? The fixed non-moving door should be on the outside; with the slider on the inside so you can drop a bar in the bottom track to prevent opening, for safety and security. Along with the metal bubbles in the top of the track so you can't break and enter with a flathead screwdriver by popping the door up and out of the track. I've lived with sliding glass doors since 1974, and locked myself out. The neighborhood kids taught me how to get back inside several different ways, depending on what you have on hand to use. Also you didn't go over any safety and security features, are there any? I didn't see any holders for fire extinguishers. Was that a floor drain in the basement area near the HVAC, and hot water heater? Do you do a tankless hot water heater, for hot water on demand? And did you do a floor drain by the washer and dryer? I would want floor drains any place there's water, incase of emergency leaks. Also really curious, will the basement storage area be finished out, or remain unfinished? Will it be straight walls, or built in storage (shelving or something)? Also wondering why the owners didn't do a full kitchen downstairs. For resale it would be great as listed as rentable space if needed, or for boomerang kids, or mother-in-law suite. One more question... Have you ever done a bathroom with solid surfacing, like Corian, for the walls and other surfaces. I hate cleaning grout lines. Thank you for the video walk through, it was very interesting. Beautiful Home. I would just change two things right from the start. For me I would rather have lights put where the windows are next to the front door. It is a safety issue for me. First of all at night when company comes to my home or leaves my home I want a light to shine as they are coming & going. I would not want someone to trip and fall. So that takes care of the second thing, the windows. I would not want the windows positioned on the right & left of the door. I would not want someone peaking in my home as they are standing on my front porch. No matter who they are. That just scares me. I like my safety and privacy.
Get rid of the dark blue cabinets and dark brown flowers. The barn doors need to go, too. Lighten the beige walls three shades. The barn doors need some French doors instead. The cabinets could be slightly lighter. It would be a beautiful house!!!!!!!!!!!! I would want satin nickel or brushed nickel for the bathrooms and kitchen. Dark brown would have to go.
I wonder what the original look like.with so many customizations this home is not at all a depiction of what it is. But it is nice to know you can adapt the home to your liking.

This home seems more configured for empty nesters, or people who do not plan on children. With the bar, wine closet, beverage refrigerator and outdoor patio, the lower level seems perfect for entertaining. 😀

That tub in the master bath looks like a big sink. I get the style they were going for, but I'd feel so cramped, and I'm only 5ft.
