What Neville Shah said was people who get 35 marks, go on to become doctors just because of Reservation. Which is factually wrong. Even after having reserved seats, it's not that easy to become a doctor. On the other hand if you have alot of money, you can easily get a management seat with that and the marks don't matter in that case. Casual casteism is what gives rise to full fledged casteism. Casteism is not about untouchability anymore. It's about subtly discrediting the achievements of a person of specific caste and saying that it's just because of caste that he or she has achieved what he or she has achieved.
