Honestly the attitudes of everyone else pissed me off more than her. They were so overly aggressive all season and half the men made me feel uncomfortable and stressed and all I was doing was watching them. I mean yeah you should have some backbone for the competition but holy crap I'd be stressed by that atmosphere too if I had to constantly be tattooing in it every other day. Either way it was a good competitive season. That high octane stuff was what made a lot of it memorable.

Cause she was an incredible artist but literally the only reason she wanted to stay was for clean. If ur gonna be in a competition, u have to be ready for stress and being drained. Like imagine getting fired from your job because you had a little moan in the breakroom about being stressed, or said you can't wait for the weekend... it would be ridiculous. If anything, continuing to carry on when you're not having a good time for the sake of your art and career is more impressive than carrying on because you enjoy the experience and are not finding it challenging.
Gurgle I know megan personally shes did my half sleeve. Megan Jean suffers from extreme anxiety and is very uncomfortable in competition settings. She didnt want to give up the amazing opportunity she was given but in the hours we spent talking about it admitted it wasn’t good for her mentally. She stepped outside her comfort zone. She much prefers to be one on one with a client where she can be in control of the situation and not pitted against other artists. Don’t diss someone until you know the facts. Megan is one of the most humble, creative and kind people ive ever met and running in her circle ive met more than my share of ink master contestants and trust me there arent that many you can say that about.

In the photo his right shoulder is rolled forward a little which shifts all the proportions. It’s not in the tattoo but nothing been corrected proportions wise.

I’ve had those days. I’m in art school and there’s days like where I had so many critiques that I wanted to leave but I knew this is where I wanted to be in the long run. Sometimes you just gotta step up and say that to a teacher or in this case a judge and hear their opinions because sometimes you just have to hear them say it’s a good piece and keep pushing through it because trust me art critiques are like someone criticizing your soul I dread every class period that starts with one because you knock you’re gonna have your teeth knocked out of you in them
I haven’t seen that season, so I don’t know anything about that girl other than what she said in this clip. But I do think that sometimes you have to let that emotion out in order to proceed with your journey. When you’re exhausted, stressed, critiqued, and unsure of yourself, you might say things you don’t really mean. Women are typically more emotional and vocal about those emotions. And hormones can make it even worse if she was pms’ing.
