I have the 970 and the Tyros 3 and the problem, what of the factory styles is good for what songs. There seems to be nothing, comparable with the Music Finder.

Thanks for a helpful video. Once you have all your registrations set do you then save the whole thing as a song? Then when you call up that song it calls up all of the registrations that you set? Thanks
I use to store one registration bank per song and inside the bank single registrations for the song. Often I need less than 8. For "In The River" I marked the parts by putting Intro on 1, Verse 1 on 2, Verse 2 on 4 (because later the Verse 1 will be skipped), Pre-Chorus on 5, Chorus on 6 and on 8 the Bridge.

Hi, I have a problem when I want to record the bass track. Some instruments do not play well on the keyboard. I play and it is not heard. How is the toch response? There is a problem and I do not know how to solve it.
I find the only way to get a solid bottom end is with an ANALOGUE module or a analogue synth. With an ANALOGUE bottom end you never need to keep turning it up to be heard. All digitals never seem to sound satisfying or weighty enough.... it’s as if the sampled digital all ways needs to be turned up and the analogue VCO is quite the reverse.....never needs to be turned up to be heard.

Im troubling with the following issues. I've been waiting for a quality instructional video like this. I own a PSR-S670 and my only complaint is that Yamaha has crappy tutorials. However, as cool as your video is I would rather learn a song wasn't about singing praises to some bastard on a cross!

In the end I was waiting to hear how the half time beat and funk beat would come up together along with the electronic beat 😟
