@@housecat6946 eher genau deswegen das dsg wiegt einiges da nicht trocken der mehr Hubraum schlägt sich auch in Gewicht nieder dazu kommt das der St ne Sperre hat das läppert sich
Perfektes Auto für mich habe den Ford Fiesta schon probe gefahren den von 2020. tolle spasmaschine und das ist auch was für junge Leute. Mir gefällt alles an dem Auto.

100kg weight difference is some success ballast aswell as being on different tyres. I assume the fuel is from the same pump for both cars. Them fiesta’s are pretty good track tools

BMS Have Dynoed it with a JB4 Going from 172.5 Whp to 231.5 Whp on 91AKI (about 265 at crank) and 321 to 372 Nm... They also have a Tiguan(same engine) running +75 ft lb of torque. 236+75 = 311 ft lb of torque about 420 Nm... This is with a piggyback not full ecu remap and NO bolt ons. So stage 1 not stage 2... The Mk7 Fiesta would be lucky to get 230 at crank. Some play the long game some the short, some only want stock some want the full potential.. I still think the fiesta is a awesome little car. And it impresses... polo more laid back in stock but still not far of the fiestas heels...

Good test but the fezza was wearing pilot Super sport the polo was on ps4 the pilot supersport is very good on track which would give it at least a second advantage, but not taking anything away from the nimble little 3 pot it still nearly pinched 3 seconds on the polo n thats impressive

Interesting vid. A bit biased having ordered the polo, but the fiesta seems light on its feet, more eager to rev (might be the fake sound on speakers?!). The mechanical diff does seem to give it an edge, that being said the PSS should also be superior for track use vs the PS4 on the polo. In theory less understeer... TyreReviews tested PS4 vs PS4S vs Cup 2 tires. And the PS4S which is more like the PSS, was a second quicker on a shorter track than this. The feel of the tyre was also less understeer and more responsive front end... But Nice Driving!!, would it make a difference driving the polo in full manual mode?? (I know it will still shift up... ) Would have been nice if you also had displayed minimum cornering speed and max straight speeds. Tnx for doing the comparison
@@Warsheep2k6 no for racing manual is better as the dsg auto will push the car into the corner where you actually want to slow down.. and in manual there is a slight delay changing gears so i like to see a test on laptimes using both. Oh and I ordered the GTI so I'm not trying to talk it down
the vw could take 6 years to do a lap and it would still be the better car saw a brand new 2019 ford fiesta no number plate yet and it was smoking like a rasta

Ich habe beide getestet und am Ende mich für den ST entschieden. Das Teil ist einfach krank ! :-)
Allein der Klang macht das Fahrerlebnis im Ford viel viel spaßiger...
1;44 for a Fiesta ST with just 200 PS, thats quiet an achievement for a FWD hatch back however one may see it

It's always the Driver or the Tires for you, when a VW/Audi is slower (which they mostly are)

DSG is probably Better in s mode ... manual mode is just dir the Fun factor
Also waiting for the GTI and I'm sure it's the better and more complete car overall, but it kinda stings me seeing that ST ripping the GTI a new one

Nah it wouldn´t. The Polo isn´t even a hot hatch. its a Polo with a powerful engine. The Ford is the only real driving machine here.
