I enjoy your videos. My family is looking to move there in a few months. Can you share more about parks, kid activities, education such as homeschooling and shopping areas?

Could you do a review on Quail Run by Dr Horton as well?

You’re a smart, entertaining guy. Is the area between Midland and Odessa kind of a “no man’s land” that this subdivision is attempting to address and capitalize on?

Midland and Odessa will eventually grow together but it will take time. Theres also quite a bit of oil field between the two that needs to be navigated. There are only so many places the city can grow.

Horton is not a good builder, don’t recommend them to people. Cheap materials and sub-par labor

DR Horton is the largest builder in America. Their materials and labor are checked throughout the entire process. Not sure what you’re comparing them to. What materials specifically are cheap?

@@JacobeKendricksearch DR Horton on consumer affairs and look at the amount of bad reviews. I had a deposit on a horton house in Louisiana and forfeited it because they used some product called thermo-ply for sheathing. It’s basically laminated cardboard and was falling apart while the siding was being installed. The common excuse people use is of course you see a lot of bad reviews because they are the largest home builder, but be honest with people that watch your videos. Most of these houses deal with foundation, ac, mold/condensation issues. Be real with your audience and don’t set them up to be unsuccessful, and also be transparent and don’t delete the comment. I like watching your videos by the way, keep up the good work

@@Rubenac the builders in Texas and Louisiana are different. I’ve never had a client complain about them. Never had anyone mention any of the issues you mentioned here. I’ve got lots of clients that have purchased with them. I have heard about people having issues in other areas. I had a client that moved from Florida that said a few things. The team here OSS really good. Plus it’s very easy to see what you’re going to get before you start the process. Sounds like you may have needed a better realtor helping you through the process.
