    😊😊😊 Gosto de coisas sóbrias! Adorei esses trabalhos!
    Sem toneladas de glitter, Pink, e montes de coisas que outros adoram colocar, tornando as peças muito bregas!
    Parabéns.

    I have been using Aquacast and like others have been getting smudgy marbling. I will try your technique and it is nice to have such an informative video on this subject, thank you.

    Thank you for this. I've been struggling with getting proper marbling. I couldn't figure out why I was getting tiny little ribbons and smudgey coloring. Now I understand why!!

    I use Elichem products and have very recently started experimenting with Hydroflow 😀. So far I've just made a few terrazzo style coasters and one coaster where I layered the colours ( bit like dirty cup acrylic pour ). I have the Elichem sealer. It is the liquid part of the Hydroflow, I believe, and gives a soft sheen appearance to the finished piece. If using it for coasters 5-6 layers of the sealer are needed, each layer spaced 2-3 hours apart.
    I didn't use an electric whisk to mix Hydroflow, just a hand held whisk and a wooden stick. I did get a few bubbles but no lumps and mixture was very smooth 😀.

    I have just found this video as it was on my recommended list and I'm so glad I did. I am very new to jesmonite, unfortunately I'm running out and need to order more, sadly there's a shortage, but thanks to you I have just placed an order for the hydroflow and I used your code too, a huge thank you for that. I can't wait to try it out. Needless to say, I am now a new subscriber to your channel.

    You get the bubbles and lumps out by not shoving all the powder into the liquid. Put a little powder in and mix with the jesmonite blade ... slowly incorporate the powder ... done, a nice smooth even consistency.

    Hi everyone, Sorry I haven’t posted anything recently but I’ve been in the process of packing everything up because we are shortly moving home. This will give me extra room to build a proper studio to work from. Soon as I’ve set up I will be posting more videos for you to enjoy and learn from. Lainey. 💕

    How does Hydroflow and Jesmonite differ to Plaster of Paris please? I'm guessing the two former products contain some kind of polymer?

      You can buy moulds from lots of Different places. I tend to buy mine from Ali express or Etsy and you can also get them from eBay. As long as they’re suitable you can use moulds that refer to being used with resin. I hope this helps. You need to buy moulds that are made of silicone soft rubber so that you can peel it away from the cast. Pinkiemolds on Etsy do some good ones and serenity sculptures. Also Devon Dotting make moulds too.

    Such a great video, I love your colour palette and patterns. I have just bought myself a beginners jesmonite kit. Can I ask where you got your moulds from? And how do you seal your items so that they are waterproof (if you want to use them as plant pots)? Thank you

    • @elanehomestudio-laineyneal7499
      @elanehomestudio-laineyneal7499  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I seal them with Polyvine Wax vanish and after that I spray the insides with an acrylic vanish for extra protection.

    So from watching you here, some jesmonite products are intermixable with the hydroflow? i.e you used the retarder and pigments? Thank you for this video - I'm in Australia and thinking of giving hydro a try as Jesmonite is not in stock anywhere :)
