It's in the game... Just go to Training mode, select Nova and while your practicing, press Start and go into Character Movelist... There you have all of Nova's moves and how to do them

Wish there was a way to learn this slowly
You can speed down the velocity of the video to 75%, 50% or 25%... It really helps out when you're still unfamiliar with the character...

Just get familiar with the character after awhile you will be able to see a combo and know exactly what he’s doing
