@@HouseMDaddict Yeah haha that happens when you learn the language trough certain useful phrases. After that writing was a easy because I could just know what felt wrong vs what felt right. @SG-ho7xb bruh I didn't say calling japanese people polite was dehumanizing. I was saying just calling them japanese instead of japanese people. There's a difference like how bad calling someone Jew is but Jewish person is the polite way. Use your brain cells for once in your life
We lived in Japan for 3 years. We went to a park and this japanrse boy came up to my son and asked "Will you play with me?" They played for about 30 min and the boy bowed to my son and said "Thank you for playing with me". They are so polite.
For real though. I met a Japanese family when I was a kid on holiday and I was good friends with the sister, but the brother was really mean to us, or at least, I think he thinks he was mean 😂 He was still so polite though, I only knew he was picking on us based on his sister's reaction. I'm Scottish, we're meaner than that to our grandparents 😂 polite meaning comments don't even register as mean for me 😂
No clue where this is at but there's a place in Japan where the deer live close to people and typically aren't afraid of humans. This might be that place, idk lol.
Even in Jharkhand, many zoos allow you to openly meet deer... It depends on deer they want to get touched or not... Btw, not every forest has Salman Khan, so they keep deer alone😂
Deer are mostly chill if they are used to living near people that don't hunt them. I can walk 10ft away but some at my place and feed them berries. But they're looking mighty tasty so I might have to eat them eventually.
This is in Nara, one of several ancient Japanese capitals. There are approximately 1200 tame deer there that will actually bow their heads before you feed them.
The funny part is they really did that for a homework, maybe their teacher told them to do that, if that was me I would fill those answer by myself and playing video games, lmao

this is how most of people around the world go through English in their schools (which is about getting good grades and not the desire for learning) I remember classmates in elementary writing down scripted conversations from textbook they should learn in native Cyrillic script, memorising butchered pronunciation and obliterating the meaning Even then it was something barbaric to me, and now it's just funnily dumb
I visited Disneyland Paris years ago and attempted my best to say all thirteen phrases, then getting bombarded with chaos of native speaking French trying to have a conversation with me. Long story short, I enjoyed my trip but realized that I'm not good at learning other languages.
Lol if I think of that as a student the perception of "nothing learned " is real. How is 2 people saying the same thing efficient?
@blam9319 They are practicing their English. Them both speaking at the same time allows them both to practice their English without wasting the dudes time taking turns pronouncing the same thing
@@KillianTwew practise my rats posterior......these kids are literally learning nothing, or even attempting to learn anything, all they are doing is repeating some lines that they have rote memorised by heart a thousand times before this, and simply going through the process and collecting "signatures" as proof of completion.
they arent even gleaning anything from the small interaction or attempting to genuinely engage in the interaction, the look on their faces just says "im being forced to do this for a school assignment, cant be bothered, lets just get this over with"

@@Manimanocas haha that's always the worst when you know the drill and then the adult derails from the conversation you're expected to have. When you're older or more skilled with language, sure you can branch off, but starting out you only know the basic questions and the basic answers. There's a difference between knowing the answer to "what is your name?" Versus the person asking you "hey so what do you think of the weather today?" If you didn't learn the words for today, weather, and the phrase "what do you think", you're going to be deer in headlights of what to say in return.
@@HouseMDaddict Yeah haha that happens when you learn the language trough certain useful phrases. The way I learned english was a bit different though and I dont know if its better or not, I basically learnt the meaning of a bunch of words over and over before even knowing how to put them together, then I started reading phrases and slowly got better at reading and hearing them. After that writing was a easy because I could just know what felt wrong vs what felt right. I say this like it was a master plan but I dont think I can ever replicate this in my life because it was totally accidental and born from the desire to read the stupid crap my friends sent in english.

Its typically rude to refer to people by just their nationality. You should put people in front of it to make it not sound dehumanizing
@@Kevinjames6969what’s so dehumanizing about calling Japanese polite
@SG-ho7xb bruh I didn't say calling japanese people polite was dehumanizing. I was saying just calling them japanese instead of japanese people. There's a difference like how bad calling someone Jew is but Jewish person is the polite way. Use your brain cells for once in your life

They played for about 30 min and the boy bowed to my son and said "Thank you for playing with me".
They are so polite.
For real though. I met a Japanese family when I was a kid on holiday and I was good friends with the sister, but the brother was really mean to us, or at least, I think he thinks he was mean 😂
He was still so polite though, I only knew he was picking on us based on his sister's reaction.
I'm Scottish, we're meaner than that to our grandparents 😂 polite meaning comments don't even register as mean for me 😂

No clue where this is at but there's a place in Japan where the deer live close to people and typically aren't afraid of humans. This might be that place, idk lol.
Ikr 😭😭😂
Even in Jharkhand, many zoos allow you to openly meet deer... It depends on deer they want to get touched or not...
Btw, not every forest has Salman Khan, so they keep deer alone😂
Deer are mostly chill if they are used to living near people that don't hunt them. I can walk 10ft away but some at my place and feed them berries. But they're looking mighty tasty so I might have to eat them eventually.
This is in Nara, one of several ancient Japanese capitals. There are approximately 1200 tame deer there that will actually bow their heads before you feed them.

the cute gifts in the end. they're so cuteee
I love how painfully clear it is they didn't learn any English, but just memorized their sentences
this is how most of people around the world go through English in their schools (which is about getting good grades and not the desire for learning)
I remember classmates in elementary writing down scripted conversations from textbook they should learn in native Cyrillic script, memorising butchered pronunciation and obliterating the meaning
Even then it was something barbaric to me, and now it's just funnily dumb
I visited Disneyland Paris years ago and attempted my best to say all thirteen phrases, then getting bombarded with chaos of native speaking French trying to have a conversation with me.
Long story short, I enjoyed my trip but realized that I'm not good at learning other languages.
@@user-cmcummto be fair it’s how we learn foreign language in US schools took at least I did when I took Spanish
It's a good way to start learning any language. Learn key sentences, then learn which words to swap for other words to make new sentences
Lol if I think of that as a student the perception of "nothing learned " is real. But as a teacher you can see they're practicing approach, pronunciation, you're exposing then to native speakers which has a lot of value and they're also practicing level 1 phrases to get used to the language. Love from México
This melted my heart. Not only are they working on their English; they're also working on their inter-personal skills & their cooperation.
