Ranking the Top 10 Jobs in Fintech (Compensation, Work-Life Balance, Difficulty)

Fintech companies need to hire for a variety of roles to build services and operate successfully since the domain exposes a number of difficult challenges to overcome:
1. Build products of sensitive nature
2. Adhere to regulation
3. Scale
To that end, companies such as Stripe and Visa hire a wide range of professionals from compliance officers to software engineers. I've been working in Fintech for 2 years now as a software engineer in small and larger startups and I had the chance to interact with people working at many different roles.
Different roles fit different people, and other than for doing something different: Each role has its own career trajectory, varying amounts of compensation, work-life balance, and barriers to overcome to land the job.
In this video I rank from my experience the top 10 most common jobs you'd find in Fintech companies, to give you an idea of what it looks like specifically within the domain.
