Q. What are the shelves/posts you use to place objects on surfaces or that you place some objects on? How do you shift objects up and down?
A. OMSP's usually! There are many around but a lot of the ones I use are linked here. I also sometimes use the walk around and walk through blocks, or the shift everything mod.

Q. Is this lot/neighbourhood/Sim available for download?
A. For a lot, if it is up for download more than likely I have shared an unfurnished version of it, and if it was already shared before I published the video I'll link it in the description. You can always ask but I can't guarantee I'll always have a copy to save! If you see a Sim you like I'm happy to extract a clean copy of them to share. I don't share my neighbourhoods or subhoods for download.
Q. Where can I get all your CC?
A. I have close to 10GB collected over many years so that's almost impossible to answer! If you have a few specific items you're looking for I'm happy to help, please keep it reasonable though (no more than a 3-4 items per video please). I use a lot of 4t2 CC and if you search the 4t2cc tag on Tumblr, you will find TONS including items converted from TS4 CC creators. This is a great database for EA 4t2 conversions. I also have done some conversions and other CC myself.

So much colour!!! 👁️👄👁️ What a beautiful home, I am in awe as always. When you went for the toucan wallpaper I was like, "no she did NOT" but then yes you did 🤣
Also I couldn't help but imagine my child on the change table in that nursery, constantly rolling over and standing up reaching for everything on the wall shelves and pulling it all off. Ah, to have nice well behaved babies like in the Sims...
Yes they like a bold wallpaper in this house lol! I had the same thought about the change table actually lol but I guess Sims can be very badly behaved in some ways, but better than reality in others.

I love this build and especially how you furnished it (as always)! The house has such a cool shape I really like how you did the roofing and I love the back patio area. I really need to try out the 2 step foundations! I love the colorful and eclectic decor, you did a good job of not making it too overwhelming but still feel lived-in. I love the color scheme of the living/dining room so much! And all the clutter is so cute 😭
The 2 step foundations are so fun - I used to see so many build ideas I wanted to do that needed that option but I couldn’t be bothered to figure out the lot adjuster method to do it 😂 saved my lazy butt
Every one of your builds is just so amazingly beautiful, I really love watching these videos. 😍 And what I especially admire is that you have such a consistent and unique style, that I could stumble upon one of your builds elsewhere and immediately recognize "this is a Kayleigh build". I love that. 😄😍

I am really interested in the way you did the stairs - I often struggle with putting stairs next to a wall.
I don't have any issue with using the stage tool and the modular stairs! Although in the end I did change it to that Raynuss spiral staircase anyways. I pretty well always have move objects on too, I'm not sure if that helps smooth the process at all?

I wish I could do houses colorful like this... Mines always turn kinda brown and beige lol!
Start in small doses is my advice! A bright chair, artwork, one bright accent wall! It gets addictive lol!

I just use a lighting mod in game, Gunmod's radiance lighting mod is what I use!
