KTI Automatic Que Management System for Container Terminal with Surveyor Inspection

First part -
To manage long que of trucks at port container inspection area and to keep the surveyor safe from the trucks behind, KTI has designed this automatic que management system for trucks at Container Terminals.
Second part -
Once a truck enters the inspection area, the boom closes and the traffic light turns red. Commanding the next truck to wait for its turn.
Third Part -
If the truck tries to enter while there is a truck in the inspection area, it would sound an alarm, alerting the surveyor and the truck driver as well to move back to the designated waiting space.
Fourth Part -
Once the inspection is complete, the surveyor presses the button and the traffic light in inspection area turns green, notifying the driver to pass through the gate.
Fifth Part -
Once the truck is out of the inspection area, the boom barrier opens and the traffic light on entry turns green & the one in inspection area turns red. This allows the next in que truck to enter inspection area and await inspection.
Sixth Part -
There are a lot of safety features within the system as well. It considers three input sensors data before operating the boom. Also there is a safety mechanism on the barrier that sends the boom back just in case there is an obstacle (like the next truck or surveyor below the boom). Allowing for an accident free automated system.
