And some way to have another built in fan to bring the cool a/c air into the bathroom along with vents on each side of the house to bring fresh air in and remove stale air. Plus full tour of loft. Any OFF GRID OPTIONS with solar, and or batteries?

I'm in Spokane as well & my concern would be the snow load. I know it has the metal roof but sometimes that's not going to carry the weight as it freezes & snows & packs it on. The roof in the loft would it be able to be on more of an A-Frame peak like a regular house? I also LOVE the stairs in this model & it has a landing. FINALLY someone did it right. Awesome home!

I love this layout, but it wouldn't orient on my lot the way I'd like. Is it possible to flip it lengthwise so the living room in the back, and then flip it again width-wise so the door stays on the same side? ☺

Please let everyone know that they need to start putting the prices in the video if there is furniture then say all the appliances and furniture and what you see here is all in the price. No one will call unless they have an idea of how much they will have to pay probably forever. I've been looking at a lot of videos in the last few weeks and none of them but one had prices.
They usually use mini-split ac and heating units which are the most energy efficient that there is so they cost a whole lot less to run. There is usually one located in the living/kitchen space and one in the bedroom as well. Sometimes they will use regular ducted heating and cooling systems just like in a sticks and bricks home. Have a great day.
