I've been in willing sin for about 5 days, and I came back because I was miserable and God's hand was against me. I also came back because for some reason I knew God wanted me to come back and because he forgave me in a dream and because even though I was horrible he was still trying to encourage me to come back and get through this. But I'm still struggling with giving up my life. It's becoming more bearable thinking that it's more loving obedience and not just performance and just being controlled. I'm still a horrible person because I'm still contemplating sin like I was thinking earlier how to cut off his voice so I'd stop receiving instructions. What's worse is knowing God knowing his wisdom and just throwing it in the trash trampling grace and his son. And idk why I'm forgiven but I pray I can truly turn from the desire of directing my own life and being selfish.
It's okay. We've all been there. I've been stuck in a sin cycle for more than a month. I still have yet to get out, and I cry to God daily saying "I repent!", but I don't even try. Just give yourself grace and move on.

hi everyone. im struggling trying to delete social media and im a teen christian!!! i would always scroll and stuff for hours and hours and its becoming a problem since its distracting me from God. i told God that i would delete social media for him but i just cant! one problem why im having trouble is because i always feel like i’ll get judged for it. like i feel like i’ll get judged for deleted social media for God which i will!! i need to face the judgement of others because jesus faced humiliation from others and i need to accept that in my life. i just cant and im so scared because i feel like ive always been a people pleaser my whole life and doesnt like feeling judged. i feel like this is such a small thing when others view it but i feel like it would help me so much with growing in my relationship with christ but im so scared of what other people would think!
Hey I would say just pray about this and God will give you the strength and I would say a practical way to do it is set timers for yourself daily for social media until you can fill that void with a Godly habit. Start to spend time with Christ in the times that you want to scroll and day by day the timers should go down until you'll eventually not have a desire for social media or distractions
Try fasting from social media or spend less time on social media slowly you will stop wanting to be on social media and honestly I think it pretty worth deleting it if keeps getting worst keep praying and ask for strength

Can I be honest I don't know how anymore my life has been a mess lately and I have been hanging out with friends that are bad influences which causes me to say crude jokes or being angry or mean, and it has made me fall into lust again. I want to get back to where I was with God I just do not know how, my hands are bloody with sin and even when I repent, it is not a true repentance because I fall back into that sin soon after.
