I think the guy has answered very politely and correctly all questions! Of course, if you're a foreigner in a country, you have to respect the local culture, traditions, and values. Not wrong about that. The opposite is just nonsense.

This is about Ukrainian deserters seeking refuge in Germany, not about Germans fighting in Ukraine. Goodness - my grandfather fought and died in Ukraine and that has to be enough. It was not even for the right reasons.
As to the young lads from Ukraine, they are few and far between. Ukraine mostly sent us its young women which make for a dazzling addition to the dating market. Many of them have exactly one daughter called Olga, but few have any hero waiting for them in Ukraine.

I'm in favour of military conscrption, because it motivates all the politicians to not start any wars, otherwise a large part of the voters will be facing a life threatening situation, having to go an fight the wars and possibly die.
Any compulsary conscription should be equal between the genders, women should definitely have to sent to f9ght wars with an equal chance of being killed in those wars. This will definitely motivate voters to not want to go to war.
Compulsory conscription definitely will make the military weaker, just doing a head count is not a good way of measuring a military's strength. If you want a strong military then this is the wrong want to go. Strong military's are ones where the soldiers want to be there and are happy to fight, not compulsory conscription.

at some point no matter how much technical and military aid EU gives to Ukraine, it'll simply have not enough soldiers to contain the Russian advance.
