Nintendo Has Sued PocketPair

This is absurd, and from what I have been given info wise. It may be the Pal Spheres that infringe on a Nintendo patent, I will be pinning a comment about some stuff that I have found out. This was after I recorded the video that I got the info from someone from Japan that at least gave me something that I didn't have before. However, I believe that that is honestly a broad patent that hasn't been defended well enough to valid.
Not my typical video, but as someone who likes both Pokémon and Palworld I would rather talk about this as it is important that both games stay around.
However, cultural and legal differences may be where this ends badly for PocketPair. Though I do believe it is possible for them to win.

From what I've heard from Japanese people, it is possible that it is the throwing the spherical object that is the patent infringement, but i personally think that this is Nintendo trying to underhandly take down PocketPair and Palworld to reduce competition.
