Rahul will go a step further. He will freely distribute one lakh rupees per month for every person and write off all loans. There’s no greater service than freely distributing money with no questions asked. The recipient can spend it wisely or otherwise. This is revolutionary and will eliminate poverty in one day.
If everyone has one lakh at hand, poverty line shifts upwards that's all. Resources are not infinite, inflation will raise and even 1 lakh will also be below poverty.
