Energy is everything. Everyone wants to be around high energy people. Its that's simple.
I agree on yes people want to be around high energy except what kind of high energy? Me personally do not like to be around people with sporadic high energy or energy without any order to it (chaotic energy)..I have a lot of people in my life like that and look at it as a disciple in my personal life to handle my mind and people like that. Especially when I realized they are simply just not balanced and what can I do to help them. @@SpiritualRoyality I am the same, I don't like being around people but when you have high energy people just seem to find there way around you, For instance at the gym and ill go to an area where nobody is, i put my water bottle down and BAM, i look up and there is 4 or 5 ppl heading towards me, it's weird but it is what it is. Just use your energy for Good.
@@Eddie11011 ive experienced the last one so many times i couldnt count if i wanted. im only 18 but i can make anyone nervous unintentionally, doesnt matter the age. pretty weird when im just chilling and some random starts turning the other way or shielding their face as if im staring at them

I felt myself feeling better than those around me because I was retaining and they were still wasting their seed. But I realised that I was like them too at one point. They will realize it when they do. Now I keep quiet and don't tell anyone unless they ask me what I do to look young (I look 22 when I'm almost 30) and why I have non-stop energy. I have to remind myself that all is God. I have to realise that God gave me this gift to do good in this life, not for myself, but for others.
The problem is, I want to be left alone and maintain high energy.

I discovered my way to do it is to take some psychedelics to then be able to be "sober" on the psychedelic and grow from that. Once every 2 weeks seems to be working so far even though I know this is not a long term solution but I enjoy it so that's what I'm doing.

They'll play dumb OH I DIDNT KNOW I WAS LOOKING, lol thats one of the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life mane😂 we are in these bodies how in tf do you not know that yourself is looking at somebody else😂 They'll drag it on tryna make convo, I move like batman when Im out in public, barely saying a word, Im burnt out on small talk also, theres times I thought I'd have friends after small talk like nope, guys I thought were on the same page as me when I would bring up semen retention really wasnt oh well

Relationships act as a support system that gives us the comfort to articulate ourselves further and understand our minds better. Toxic relationships drain away mental energies, leaving people unable to derive further personal growth. Building healthy relationships by setting boundaries for unhealthy ones is more practical and beneficial advice for those struggling for emotional stability.

I have a question, I have heard people say on semen retention to never suppress sexual energy, how can I express it if not through sexual acts? What shall I do when the urge comes up? I have heard working out but I still feel it after working out. Should I just accept the urge and it will pass then? Meditate?
