Istaria - Shaloth "True" Solo | Ancient Dragon

Why the "True" this time?
cause you have to use a biped to get access to shaloth in the first place.
Also drulkar's wrath requires peds as well, but it's kind of a minor damage source.
otherwise, it's the usual - no ped buffs, consumables, just good ol true solo
Also if you happen to hear it, yes I went on a brief salt fueled rant about Shaloth; I stand by that two adds shouldn't be able to spawn at the same time, but epics also shouldn't be made FOR solo players, and that happening is fine in a group. I do think however that the adds shouldn't be able to instantly heal the boss when they spawn, but I suppose that can be chalked up to more of a skill issue than anything else.
Build: istaraschosen.... (Mystic variant, so all resist techs are mystic except for on the wings where it is Physical + Crest, and socketed resist crystals are Mystic.)

I not very sure if epics do not have chance for critical damage with new combat overhaul, once it hit around 300 damage with spirit bomb, once with 900, devs said they do not, so how so big difference in damage from spirit bomb?

Monsters cannot crit; this was specified in the original CO google doc because they felt it would be unfair - damage variance can come down to a lot of things; particularly if you have multipliers that have a chance to proc (Adept in this case) but there's also innate damage variance just in general - what the exact amount is I don't know
However, in the case of 900 -> 300 It's probably a case of Shield of Gold being up and Adept proccing at the same time since those are the only real variables that could have caused that.
