Build is my standard (i didnt upgrade my ethereal armor set cause I yolo'd this, so it's a mix of my adult ancient set) I used ped armor buffs. I had Lychee reapplying Shard of Freedom to me everytime I got enslaved; I tried to reapply it myself a few times but.. yeah.. LOL - I probably should get a stop action hotkey huh? anyways, besides the buddy to actually make this doable without me wanting to die Build, Consumables is the usual - see Istara's Chosen - Builds and all that.

I couldn't complete it because as you see at the end of the video, the time it takes to reset him is too long; I CAN however actually deal with the damage output. Build&Consumables is the same as everything else I've done, just with Arcane Resist instead, and the forelegs are Priceless because it's a direct upgrade. Whenever molten armor is up, put Protection on and wait. Use recycle modifiers on him so he can't 100% uptime it. When it goes down, pop everything and DPS until its back up. Repeat. Fight starts at 2:36 why am I using true solo? Because NO buffs that I couldnt obtain solely by myself as a dragon were allowed - this means no biped buffs, no biped consumables, nothing. Video is mostly silent except for when I unmuted to talk briefly. Pay attention to the Berserker Barrage near the end - he was going to kill me outright because I greeded and I got LUCKY that 2 hits missed. (50% mystic mitigation 10% mit from inspire peace doesn't save me apparently.) I didn't even have the quest for ceremonial scale. I ALSO FORGOT MY STANCE?? WTF ME Guess it's time for a recle...

I not very sure if epics do not have chance for critical damage with new combat overhaul, once it hit around 300 damage with spirit bomb, once with 900, devs said they do not, so how so big difference in damage from spirit bomb?
Monsters cannot crit; this was specified in the original CO google doc because they felt it would be unfair - damage variance can come down to a lot of things; particularly if you have multipliers that have a chance to proc (Adept in this case) but there's also innate damage variance just in general - what the exact amount is I don't know However, in the case of 900 -> 300 It's probably a case of Shield of Gold being up and Adept proccing at the same time since those are the only real variables that could have caused that.
