Just a couple spoiler free tips: 1: Don't worry about bosses naturally spawning, use all life crystals you get. 2: Never throw away items, build as much storage as you can. Try to stay organized if possible. 3: Talk to any NPCs you come across, they all have their uses. The one you have right now gives you very helpful hints on where to go next, and tells you what a certain item can craft. 4: If you're ever stuck, a good place to look without going to a wiki is the achievements. They can often point you to where you need to go next in progression. 5: Make sure to explore and have fun, don't worry about completing everything as fast as possible. If an item you can get or craft looks interesting, don't hesitate to try it out. There's so many things in terraria that even taking your time you might not find everything, and trust me terraria is very replayable. There are tons of things to do after your first run (harder difficulties, secret seeds, you'd even find a lot of stuff just by making a new world)
Talk to the Guide NPC, especially the "crafting" section is important. Drag and drop items in the empty bar, and he will tell you different receipes you can craft using the materials, and what type of crafting station you need. Hint: there is SOO much stuff you can craft. Also also, the guide is semi-useful for giving vague tips on what to do. So make sure to utilize him as much as possible.
A few tips: 1: To get NPCs to move in, you need a light source, table, and chair in a house. 2: I recommend turning on autoswing in the settings, this will make it so you don't have to spam click weapons anymore. 3: You can ride those minecart tracks by pressing R while your mouse is hovering over them. 4: As you said, having too much heath WILL cause some events to start happening, however there are other requirements alongside that which you have to meet like having a certain amount of NPCs and defense. 5: If you get an item that says "material" in it's tooltip, you can go to your guide NPC and press the crafting button in his gui, then put the item in the little slot that appears next to your crafting and it will show you everything you can make with that item. 6: Until you get a piggy bank, put your money inside a chest so you don't have to go pick it up if you die. 7: You do actually have something that can mine those red blocks for you right now, and if you get enough of them you can craft some good weapons out of it.
Quick tip for npc's. You can get more to move in with your current housing you just need to put a chair next to the work bench or the table. Hope this helps :)
If a gold chest has some suspicious things around like dynamite or a boulder higher do not open this chest because its a trap chest and it will explode, smash you with boulders and shoot poison arrows
Some information about the NPCs, You need to do some stuff to some of them move, like the Zoologist need at least 10% of Bestiary complete and a Vacant House, and they have preferences to the biome and the others NPCs, but they can still live in a house they dont like, but wont be happy enough to sell an Item called Pylon (its like a teleport to other Pylons). About the happyness, if they are happy, the prices of the things they sell will be lowered, but if they are unhappy, its gonna be more expensive. Also, if u wear a full set of an armour, you get a set bonus.
make sure you equip armor on the far right slot of the equipment menu just like other equipment else you don't gain any stats from the armor since the middle slot is visual only
when in a chest, on the right there is a menu that allows you to loot chests faster and rename chests that you're using for storage. when in your inventory, there is a button next to the trash can icon that allows you to quick stack items from your inventory to any chests containing that item on the screen.
I saw you had the suspicious eye in your inventory. You can use it to summon the boss known as the Eye of Cthulhu. You should get gold or platinum armor and weapons, and build an arena. To build an arena, craft wood platforms. Place the wood platforms in layers going up. The arena will help a lot.
@@Takioseries there is one easier boss, but it can be very annoying to summon, but if you make a gold/platinum crown with some gold/platinum bars and a ruby, then find a demon/crimson altar, you can craft the summon for king slime.

Terraria is one of those games that have to much content with almost zero in game tutorials so finding all shit without wiki or YT is like finishing Noita without wiki.
I believe Microsoft is slowly killing minecraft it has lost its soul I just got this game 2 days ago and it is far much better than minecraft, minecraft is suffering because big corporations make big stupid decisions I feel minecraft will only get another update like the nether update when the game is on rapid decline again and if it takes rapid decline and close death of a game to put effort in it really tells you what you need to know 1.21 might end the game I am not excited for it at all. There is a difference between minecraft before Microsoft and after not the same game
It's not better, but it's not worse. Just because it's recently been doing a bit wack doesn't mean it's automatically bad now. You can still player older versions of the game + hypixel is a thing. Also in what way was the nether update a good thing, it just made the game a ton easier and it added netherite which was a bit weird. My biggest problem with terraria is that you basically require to use the wiki when you start.
As a terraria player, this makes me happy how new people join the community everyday

What do you think about the game so far ? Is it still intresting ?
hi
Hello !
Terraria is one of those games that have to much content with almost zero in game tutorials so finding all shit without wiki or YT is like finishing Noita without wiki.
Yeah its pretty hard, but with youtube comments and discord i guess ill such barelly make it haha
Talk to the guide that way you can get through the game.
You probably get this a lot, but you sound so much like keralis
No I dont, I think you are the first one 😂
Bro no wiki is crazyyy i have a couple hundred hours in the game and i always need the wiki maybe I just suck😔
Naaaa i bet you are doing way better then me, im just crazy, dont mind me😂
ive been playing this game for 9-10 years, i use the wiki everday i play this game
your not gonna beat the game without outside knowlege btw. litterally theres no recording of that happening
you got comments tho
Yeah ok
neither is better. minecraft was made for creativity and terraria wasnt. there is literally no comparison in the games.
Minerria
Terracraft
dont use the mace
Why not ?
@@Takioseries you can upgrade it with 25 torches to make it MUCH better, and flails aren't very comfortable.
