*MESSAGE FROM THE ADMIN* Thank you very much for supporting this series for almost 3 years! This service was, undoubtedly, the most challenging service we have ever recorded. It was definitely not easy recording a service while crossing the border between two countries and we faced many obstacles but overcome them in the end. Obstacles such as long queues at immigration counters and trying to evade patrolling police officers who can sabotage our recording session with their strictness. Please make sure to like, comment and share this video as a sign of appreciation for all the efforts we put into this finale! From now on, you may expect less transport-related videos on this channel. For a long time, I had a desire to try something different that different groups of people would enjoy. Do look forward to that! Thank you.
@@angelbex3 I’m not quitting as a transport enthusiast but future content could be less related to transport and more related to other personal hobbies.
Thank you very much for this video. It is very informative, especially for people intending to take the bus option to JB and back. Really hats off to you for the effort in filming the long round trip journey plus clearing immigration. This is a great piece of work!
Omg there is no vid teach how to take SG bus at JB senter. I know is longer and usually ppl prefer to walk. But i thinking when too tired and lazy to walk could just take the bus anyway. And also sightseeing too
indeed i might rather see it as a two-way route because as a visitor i wont wish to waste a fare and time visiting johor (same for 950) if i go sg and film these
And wait legally i cant film within w’lands ciq and johor ciq roads? And is it that since the passenger entrance of the w’lands ciq is stated no videography and photography allowed?
Yes, recording within the premises and the infrastructure of the immigration checkpoint is illegal. Luckily, at the time of the recording, the drivers were kind enough to tell me where to stop recording in order to prevent myself from getting into trouble with the police.
Yes they do have announcements (only on A22 Euro 6 & Citaro). However, some announcement data such as the bus terminals may not be easily heard due to the likelihood that they are only played during immigration (after alighting and before boarding of passenger at JB CIQ)
According to a driver of one of the cross-border routes, the route between JB CIQ & JB Sentral can be random. Hence, there’s a probability that 160 occasionally uses the shorter route.
In answer to your first question, yes, the looping sector and outbound Causeway sector were recorded on 950 as it came first and it was the least crowded at that time. Also, the inbound Causeway was recorded on a Citaro bus on 170 due to crowdedness of first bus (SG1865C).
Hey bro, how does it work? You take the bus to woodlands checkpoint, clear immigration, then board the bus again to jb checkpoint? Then clear immigration and board the bus again?
1. Place phone on glass panel at left granny seat 2. Usually, we don’t interact with the drivers when recording. While recording this route, some of the drivers ordered us to stop the recording in order to prevent getting caught by police officers at immigration checkpoints. Some drivers even interacted with the videographer out of curiosity for their activity.

You're welcome! Glad you enjoyed it!
It was tedious but it was worth it.

Nice
Upzs lah! Didn’t expect the driver to allow u to ride around JB
Well, it’s a “public” bus service, so why not?

@@DeevilStudios Did the driver allow you to stay on the bus at the loop point?

Unless if I was riding 170x
I wonder if LTA did next stop announcements for 160/170/170X in johor

i noticed 950 clips so i need to know whether it still counts as a 160 vid 😂

Crows-Border-Loop Service!
jurong east int->bukit panting->jb sentral loop

Svc 160 is a very long route
Not the longest bus route in Singapore though, but it is the longest cross border route that serves as a loop service.
I noticed the 950 clips in this video, waiting times must be long, right?
Also, what do you mean by "Series Finale"?
he will never upload again
No, it means, this is the last and final hyperlapse video on this channel.

You take the bus to woodlands checkpoint, clear immigration, then board the bus again to jb checkpoint? Then clear immigration and board the bus again?
Correct. Clearing customs is mandatory or else you could be charged for “trespassing” across the border.
It’s really rare to see a bus route, go into another country and then go out
Pls also film SBST 39 D1 and 170 D2
Are going to do 170
Finally
how did u film this ?
you talked to the driver ?

Did you change bus
Yup, 4 times
Why
@@atiqurrahman6473 when clearing customs at checkpoints 4 times, you can’t expect yourself to catch the same bus as before.
