SBS Transit Bus Service 91 is a trunk route from Buona Vista and looping at Ayer Rajah Crescent, passing through Holland Drive and North Buona Vista Road. It has two looping points, both along Ayer Rajah Crescent.
Service 91 serves the Ayer Rajah Industrial Estate with bus connections to one-north and Buona Vista MRT stations.
This service has a unique portion of route which enters the compound of Ayer Rajah Bus Park to turn around at Ayer Rajah Crescent before its closure in September 2018. After the closure of Ayer Rajah Bus Park, part of the compound was retained to facilitate u-turns for Service 91.
During weekday peak hours, a Double Decker bus interlines to this service from Service 74 to supplement demand. This service does not operate on Sundays and Public Holidays.

I believe either insufficient demand or turning radius at St 12 is the reason for lack of DDs on 410G.

To be specific, I’m referring to the left turn 410G makes from St 11 to St 12. That turning point seems too narrow for DDs.

There is a faster way than MRT, its Bus 11, only 3 minutes travel, although waiting times can be sh*t sometimes, but for those who are disabled (or hate the sun) its the best option.

I oncetried to see if we save time in the DTL loop when going from BP to Expo, by just walking from Rochor to Jalan Besar. Walking took around 10 mins total (train door to train door), while the loop takes around 16m. Of course, the smarter move would be to just change in Bugis to the EW line, if you are heading eastward.
If you are going the other way, i.e. Expo -> BP, but starting from a DTL station Tampines West to Ubi, another alternative to avoid the DTL loop is to change at Macpherson MRT, take Circle Line to Paya Lebar MRT, change to East-West line to Bugis MRT, change back to DTL and proceed towards BP.
