Hey Ryan, idk if you go through these comments, but I just wanted to say thank you. I am currently going through ways to cope with childhood trauma and decided to pick up yoga through TH-cam videos just one week ago. This class in particular has relieved so much I was almost brought into tears by the last few poses. I know it might sound dramatic, but because it's still my first couple of tries at this I was brought over with so much relaxation and healing I've never felt before - not even when compared to other physical exercises or sports I've tried to help me cope. I could quite literally feel all the negativity leave my mind and body as I became more in tune with my breathing through the poses. You've definitely inspired me to pick up yoga in person after this pandemic is over. Thanks again.
Hey 10pencils, I so appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback about this flow session with Ryan. I want to thank you for being so open and vulnerable about the traumas that have been inflicted on you as a child-I know these experiences aren't always easy to speak about, but your ability to connect with yourself and show up to these practices are extremely valuable, and will manifest in other aspects of your life. Thank you for being you. Wishing you all the best, -Michael
@@lululemon thanks for the reply Michael! These videos are also extremely valuable so thank you for putting them up here - especially for free! I don't think I would have realized just how much yoga could help me if it weren't for lessons like these
Oh my goodness, I miss Ryan! Really awesome flow, re-connecting to moving with a lot of intention and focus. I love the simplicity in his teaching style.
Ryan rocks. Great corrections. Thorough. I'm onto my third year of his class that began during covid. (mixed with others), Love the two variations of yogis.
Key takeaways: 1. "Proud chest, humble chin." Game changer that < 2. "The Yogi's say when we go into the past or future, he have an opportunity to come to the breath." SO needed that. Thanks Ryan and Lululemon
I really like how well-rounded this flow was, as well as the pacing! It feels like a slower, grounding flow that you typically find in longer practices. Thank you Lululemon and Ryan :)
@@realPandarama I begged Gaia to bring him back or at least release the videos so we could watch them elsewhere, but I didn’t have any luck. He is such an amazing teacher.
This is amazing! I love the pace and he's great at explaining everything so I don't have to look up too much. Also, love the to students because they are obviously going at their own pace and doing their own versions of things according to their personal needs. I do feel that there could be a few more breaks between poses. When you start heating up maybe go back to a resting pose (maybe hero, or standing?) and do a set of breaths with the arms flowing out and up a bit just to keep your blood flowing, but allow some rest. I had to pause a few times so I could do this. Thanks for all that y'all do!
@@lululemon The thanks should go to you. I have been having some issues, haven't we all, recently and I find that joining your classes, even though some are over three years old, are helping me. Thank you.
Really enjoyed this class and Ryan's calming voice (tbh, at some points I heard a little bit of Matthew McConaughey). Will definitely do this class again and will be looking into other video's of him teaching. Thanks Ryan and Lululemon :)
Hey Sada, I'm stoked to hear you enjoyed this 45 minute Vinyasa class with Ryan. I find it's a great way to start the morning-see you on the mat. -Kaden

I wish the women doing the yoga in Lululemon weren't so basic: blonde, thin and young. There are so many body expressions, ages and ethnicities and do woman all have do wear bras. So sexist. What's next, after the class she is going to mop the floor because she is a woman? In India people do yoga in regular clothes. Maybe Lulu should make clothes for real people too. If you do then show it. Your marketing would be spot on and people would like your products better and not think of it as an elitist company for elites.
