The US and Europe have only delivered a fraction of the military support that was pledged. Yet here comes the contractors moving in. It’s a bit like when Haliburton and others rushed into Iraq to exploit the oil and gas assets. Follow the money. Surely there can’t be much maintenance on a measly 39 Abrams.
