Maybe you could list of some of the family friendly attractions here. If you look at my recent response to a comment, you will see some of the things I listed.
Just a heads up, you called Campus 805 an old high school campus, when it was actually Stone Middle School. It’s where my dad went to middle school. His high school was Butler High, which is now a church.
@@juliecrane9647 Correct. I went to the 'new' S.R. the blackconservative well If you want to vacation I recommend going to NASA space and rocket center. It’s what Huntsville is know for. It’s very family friendly and you can enjoy the different space exhibits, watch a movie at the 3D imax theatre (it’s like a dome shaped theatre so it feels like your actually in space. I highly recommend this), or you can enjoy some of the rides( g- force, moon shot, hyper ship simulator, ect). I just listed the activities that stay year round, but they have different activities that you can sign up for each week. It’s a perfect time to come during the summer even thought it’s hot. There’s so many things to do at the space and rocket center that I can’t even list it all. Another place that I would recommend is downtown Huntsville. There’s SO many things to do down there. You can go down to the beautiful big spring park, enjoy the museums, or just walk around. There’s a lot of activities that happen there too. During the winter they do iceskating, the tinsel trail ( light different Christmas trees), ect. It’s also beautiful during other times in the season ( especially fall because the trees are GORGEOUS). During the spring and summer they have concerts in the part as well as food trucks. There’s a bunch of restaurants within walking distance from the park too. I highly recommend going to the children’s playhouse ( don’t mind the name lol) to watch a family friendly play at the vaun Braun center. The vaun braun center it’s self though is truly spectacular. You can literally watch anything there. It’s a multi purpose indoor theatre where you can watch hockey, basketball, soccer, or arena football. The also have multiple shows including the circus and Disney on ice. If your feeling fancy you can enjoy the Huntsville orchestra or ballet too. I can’t even put in all in this message how much you can do there😂 There’s honestly so much more that I’m missing included the harmony park safari, Huntsville botanical garden, the different nature preserves, along with kayaking and fishing. I’ve lived here for like 6 years and I still haven’t done everything. Huntsville is constantly growing and they’re building new attractions. There’s so many activities for the family to enjoy including stars and strikes ( arcade with bowling, escape rooms, laser tag, ect). If your an athlete there’s SO many sports activities ( batting cages, volleyball clubs, kickboxing, dance, football, basketball training, Huntsville tennis center, Huntsville ice complex, ect. You just have to come down and see all Huntsville has to offer. You’ll love it😊
There is an elementary and middle school( the schools are connected) and they are named after the challenger space shuttle because when it was being built the whatever happened to the shuttle happened. (Yeah that was my school)
