This stuff really works on somebody trying to rob you or pick a fight and all you do is play stupid and they are done like this master is teaching. This is very good teaching. Please respect this art. All this Japanese techniques came from Chinese Kung Fu of Qina or Chin NA. Obviously, this stuff works or people won’t feel the pain. You can truly neutralize an aggressor if you play stupid and trap them into a wrist lock, arm lock, finger lock etc. This is how you teach martial arts the right way. This is self defense.

I call that inner thigh pinch a "horse bite". If you never had it done it's CRAZY painful. I had it done to me while in mount and I literally jumped off the guy screaming . I thought for sure something was cut and bleeding. Try it sometime as a surprise but you have to really go for it .

Much continued success from the Sanuces Ryu Jiu-Jitsu family!

I must admit I have always liked simple stuff like wrist locks

  • @PoopClown

Any karate style should always incorporate self defense and joint locks. I remember a senior student’s friend thought wrist locks were nonsense. The senior belt grabbed his friends wrist, but the guy immediately tightened up. The martial artists feigned a front kick to his friend’s groin which loosened his resistance, and the senior belt pulled him around the room for a while. Joint locks require lots of practice along with training to strengthen their grip.

@@AverageGIJoeOutdoors Wtf are you ranting about, sensei? You think training is rolling around with dudes all day. You're nothing but another ignorant BJJ fanboy that doesn't understand that there's a time and a place for certain techniques. You see a demonstration and right off the bat think it won't work because your BJJ teacher doesn't do it. As I said, the founders were mixing different martial arts long before you were born and they literally used the techniques in the streets of Hawaii back then. Kajukenbo isn't a fixed system, bud. You can tailor it to fit your needs personally. You can use whatever technique from any system you want. You can't do that in BJJ. And if you try to do that in BJJ they ban you from their school. Talk about a "cult mentality." Seriously, go educate yourself about Kajukenbo before you make yourself look more ignorant & pompous, champ.🥴

Clearly you've never had any of these techniques applied to you sir. They are all effective and disabling to the attacker. I have used several of these techniques in real situations and can attest that they do indeed work as shown in the video.

Yes you are correct....... straight up cult bullshido....... A person who has just a couple years of jiu jitsu would take any of those tubby dudes and make them bake a cake in short order.

@@AverageGIJoeOutdoors Really? Kajukenbo has been proven on the streets for the last several decades. How about you educate yourself before you speak on a subject you clearly have no knowledge of, sensei.

@@irunwiththedead9777 Then why is BJJ... Wrestling....Boxing and Muay Thai the main arts used in combat sports..... I understand there are some elements of Karate and Judo with your "Kajukendo"...... As a BJJ student and ITF student and a veteran of the Marines and Army I have literally never heard of your "proven street" stuff. As a BJJ student I can tell you all of that garbage shown in the video will not work with anyone with a year of BJJ or Wrestling and who is not just standing there letting it happen. This often happens with cult like martial arts and I am sorry to tell you that.... but it is true. Maybe find yourself a good Gracie Jiu Jitsu gym and go to a free class or open matt and try some of your techniques out on a low level blue belt and see how it goes. Known as the "Gracie challenge" they should be more than happy to let you try it out..... after that go to an MMA gym that trains fighters.... then try it out on a decent MMA guy in a small time promotion..... until you do one or the other..... beating up fat guys and drunks in bars does not constitute it "proven in the streets"..... if it was every branch of the military would use it.... and they don't. Good day.

@@AverageGIJoeOutdoors Of course you're a BJJ fanboy.😆 The UFC/MMA has literally proven that BJJ isn't unbeatable. If you knew anything about Kajukenbo you would know you can add ANYTHING to it, including your beloved BJJ. Hell, numerous Kajukenbo instructors have already. Remember MMA is a SPORT, "sensei."🥴
